The new bed frames are solid beetle kill pine with aspen spindles, and all new mattresses. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double/full on the bottom and twin on top.

This Summit County condo is near Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland! Only 35 minutes to Vail. World class skiing and world class downhill mountain biking and cross country mountain biking is close by! Lake Dillon is just a few minutes away for boating.

- 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances

- Ground floor with walk-out patio (must go down steps to enter unit from front door of building)

- One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with full down and twin up.

- Queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress

- Clubhouse has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and activities including pool tables

- Laundry facilities available at the clubhouse

- On the bus route (short ride to/from Keystone, requires a transfer to get to Breckenridge)

- Family friendly: pack n' play, umbrella stroller, baby bjorn infant carrier, infant pool float, booster seat with tray available, other baby gear may be available by request

- Trailer and RV parking available behind the clubhouse - bring your boat, ATVs, snowmobiles, or camper and have a place to park it. Advanced reservation necessary with HOA coordination and approval.

- No Smoking!

- Check-in 4:00pm, check-out 10:00 am; flexible depending upon my calendar and cleaning crew availability (call within 24 hours of your reservation to request)

Great location!

Condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The fenced in area was perfect to let my dogs out for fresh air and potty breaks. It's close to the bike trails, which is why we stayed in Dillon. I would stay there again!!

Great price and accommodations!

We stayed here over a weekend in August and couldn't have been happier. Spacious condo, with a newly renovated kitchen and wonderful yard for our dogs. Condo was clean and offered all amenities we desired. Thank you for allowing our family to stay!

Convenient and Well Equipped

We loved the condo - it was very convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping. We were traveling to Breck every day and that worked out very well for us. The kitchen was very well equipped and having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The ground floor and fenced yard were perfect for our dog and toddler. Thank you!

Just what we needed

This property was affordable, conveniently located and perfect for our dog. It isn't easy to find a nice pet-friendly rental, so this made our trip possible! Kids loved the indoor pool, which was great for the rainy summer afternoons. Well equipped and pretty quiet for such a big complex. It isn't the newest/fanciest place, but some nice renovations have been done to the interior. Owners were super easy to communicate with. Thanks for making our trip to Dillon fun and affordable! P.S. Awesome cleaning person Frenchy tipped us off to fantastic pizza at Pizza 101!

Cozy, clean, quality property

The property was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was especially nice.....great appliances and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice countertops and cabinets. The beds were very comfortable and the linens nice. The bathrooms are set up with the sink/vanity separate from the toilet and tub/shower. This makes it nice when sharing a bathroom. The fenced ground level patio was so handy to let our dogs outside. We used the patio entry most often. The other entrance requires going down a flight of stairs and an extra door lock to deal with. We found we could park temporarily in the lot behind the patio and unload the car easily through the patio entrance. We rode bicycles daily and it was about a mile and a half ride via bike lanes to access the areas trail system. Very close to a grocery store, shopping area and many restaurants. When we vacation here again, we will definitely try to stay here again!
