Le Timberline Condo 35 est une unité spacieuse, confortable et adaptée aux animaux de compagnie située au bord du lac Dillon. Meublé simplement 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo 10 personnes! Unité au dernier étage avec vue imprenable sur la montagne et le lac. À côté du nouvel amphithéâtre Dillon, doté de 8 millions de dollars, pour des spectacles de juin à septembre. Le marché estival des fermiers a lieu tous les vendredis devant le condo. Juste en face de la rue, le parc Marina, avec ses sentiers de promenade pavés ouverts en hiver et son accès direct au bord du lac. Plafonds voûtés, écran plat et foyer au bois dans le salon. WiFi gratuit et câble. Baignoire encastrée dans le bain. Sièges de la salle à manger 6, sièges de la cuisine bar 3, sièges de la table de patio 4. Grande terrasse privée avec plafond voûté. Master suite a deux lits queen, salle de bain privée, télévision. Chambre d'hôtes a un lit king et QSS. Salon a QSS. La salle de bain principale a deux lavabos, une baignoire et une douche en contrebas. Promenade à Dillon Marina pour bateau, voilier, kayak, location de SUP et Tiki Bar au bord du lac. Ski Weekend

This condo was perfect for a ski weekend! The fireplace was perfect to relax next to after a day of skiing. It was also a short walk to the Keystone bus stop which was perfect!

Best views from a spacious deck

All the reviews are pretty accurate - the place is a bit dated and unusual but the view are fantastic and everything is very comfortable.

Great location

Amazing location with the best view of lake Dillon! The space is large for a big group, and nice to prepare meals. The space is a bit funky but the main attraction was proximity and the outdoor deck. It was easy check in process and check out.

Great location. Nice view.

This condo has plenty of room, and a beautiful view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Our dog liked it too! Our only complaints are that there is no jacuzzi and that the beds and pillows very cushy.

Great location - amazing view!!

We really enjoyed our stay with 4 adults and 4 young kids. The view of the lake is spectacular from the living area and deck. House equipped with so much. We definitely want to come back summer or winter. Thank you!

Good location

Location was good and check in process was easy for arriving late at night. Cleanliness was marginal, empty fast food drink cups, discarded dirty paper towels and other random garbage under the bed and other furniture was problematic with two service dogs in the unit.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit it outdated (as shown in the pictures) but clean and cozy. Huge patio with a front row view of Lake Dillon. Plenty of wood for the fireplace. Our kids loved the piano and cable worked fine for Christmas movies. A few suggestions- a new toaster that works and some new pots/pans. Other than those small items, we loved it and we will be back.

Dillon Lake Rental

The property and the customer service was great. We really enjoyed the condo and we were thrilled with the deck and the view. The kitchen had more supplies than any other condo I’ve ever rented. The only issue was that The listing said there was a grill and we called to verify that there was indeed a grill. When we got there there was no grill.

It’s not easy to find a rental like this that is also pet friendly but I just happen to check at the right time. Nice unit and has everything you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the lake. We had a few maintenance issues but nothing major.

Our only complaint was that the oven was broken which changed our cooking plans. Originally, it said stove and oven were out of commission but turns out it was just the oven. A 10% refund was provided which was nice but a heads up would have been good as we planned to cook most of the stay.

The views off the balcony are beautiful overlooking the Dillon Reservoir with mountains in the distance. I'd say that's easily the best thing about this condo. We didn't recognize the interior from the photo online as it shows light and airy rooms. They aren't that way at all. The interior is very dark, the carpeting is old and tired, the furniture dated. It's in need of an overall update. it was clean and the kitchen setup was adequate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time in Dillion and at the condo. The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed. The family enjoyed the games provided, and the piano. The beds were comfortable. The only thing complaint is I wished it was a pet free condo. Previous guest that have stayed that had pets peed on the carpets and there is a pee smell. Other than that pretty satisfied! Also I recommend if your not from this area and you plan on staying a week or less rent an oxygen tank. My whole family had a hard time doing activities due to acclimatizing... The last day we were there we felt great than had to come home!
