We are active couple with grown children and many grand kids. We spend most of our time in Connecticut and have another home in California.

Why Milt Wolfson chose Manhattan

We live in Connecticut, and were full-time NYC dwellers for twenty years. We bought, renovated and decorated this apartment in 2011 and spend several nights there every month, making use of it’s very convenient location to attend the theater, concerts and art exhibits. We love the neighborhood for it’s wonderful restaurants but are also quite happy spending the evening just entertaining or relaxing at home in our lovely apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

This is a home in New York and is furnished in a personal style with comfortable seating, art, photography in a warm and welcoming style.

The apartment has a wonderful library of all kind of books , novels, art books, biographies and for those who want to watch films a direct connection to Netflix or use the DVD.

The TV is a 40' LED Samsung with a great picture and is in the Living Room and in the Bedroom.

The apartment has a strong WIFI connection.

The neighborhood is the heart of Manhattan. One block from Madison Ave and two from Fifth Ave is the 2 world class shopping streets. Within walking distance are the best Museums in the City. The Theater District is a stroll away. Restaurants from the world class to the neighborhood hot spots are within blocks. The subway, busses are all near by to take you all over the city.

As a visiter to NY you may need help in getting reservations or finding out about whats happening around town. The Hotel's concierge will help you with anything you need.

Great Location to Explore NYC

Great accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 9). Unique for apartment rental given the daily maid service including turn down service, daily breakfast, valet parking with one in/out privilege per day, walking distance to Central Park and Subway. Only thing we missed was a washer/dryer but laundry service is available if truly needed.

When in NYC area in the future will definitely consider staying again.

Comfortable, classy, convenient

The idea of renting a private apartment within a hotel is great. You have all the amenities of an apartment, including a kitchen, plus the service of a hotel, including: every day cleaning, turn-down service, plus immediate response to any specific need, i.e. fridge issue, wifi issue, tv issue, etc. It's the best of both worlds.

Perfect!

We had a great stay at Milt's Lombardy apartment. Milt was great to work with and very responsive. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and in the perfect location. It is just around the corner from Bloomingdale's, Whole Foods and a ton of great restaurants. We were traveling with our 2 tween daughters and there was enough space for all of us (the hotel will provide roll away beds). We loved having daily maid service and all the amenities included in a hotel. Thanks Milt! We will definitely be back.

over and beyond our expectations!

We were so fortunate to rent this beautiful apartment. The price was unbelievable, and we had daily room service. The breakfast that was included was excellent. My husband and I are still talking about the delicious coffee. My daughter and I felt very safe ( we were traveling together for the first week before my husband arrived) because we were staying in a hotel and were on a secure floor. I can't say enough wonderful things about this apartment and the close proximity to many fine restaurants and shopping. I have told a multitude of friends about this rental. I give it the highest rating possible. I definitely will stay here every time I visit New York!

Excellent !

This was a perfect choice for my family . The owners friendly manner and that of the entire staff made us feel so sincerely welcomed .

This is a beautifully furnished apartment with every amenity necessary . Location is so convenient to down and uptown . Quiet and could not be cleaner .

Loved it and would definitely hope this was available to stay again next trip.

I don't collect any monies from you. The transaction goes through the Lombardy Hotel and is subject to their rules.

As the owner of the Apartment I will reserve apartment 303 for you and establish the nightly rate you will pay. I will always give you the best on line rate possible at the time of booking and pass on any discounts that maybe available.

You may also go to our website www.apt303nyc.com to link to the Hotel website. In that case it is imperative you contact me so I may reserve Apt 303 for you. If you book an apartment directly with the hotel and request 303 they will try to accommodate you on your arrival but cannot guarantee it will be available in which case you will be assigned another unit of the same size.

As the owner, my requests are honored and you will be registered in Apt 303.

If you are comfortable in 303 and plan a return visit you can request the apartment when you book. Just let me know and I will secure it for you.

This is as simple as booking any hotel in NY. The difference is you will have a lovely apartment and remove the chance of being assigned to a space you are not happy with.

*Damages are charged to your credit card as per your agreement with the Hotel.
*The City of NY charges a $7.50 per night tax in addition to the Sales Tax charge. This tax is listed under Fees and Taxes. Home Away does not have the computer capability to multiply the nights by the $7.50 per night charge. On booking 303 you will receive a confirmation from the Hotel that will reflect this tax.

Payment is by Credit Card. Your Credit information is given to the Hotel when I make the booking. The hotel has a deposit policy and a Cancellation policy of 24 hour or you will be charged for one night
The hotel will email you a confirmation. When you arrive you will be asked for your credit card.

The rate is subject to NY State and City taxes of 14.75% plus $7.50 per night Occupancy Tax.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
