The Hayloft is a luxurious conversion in the village of Bleddfa near Knighton in Mid Wales. The cottage can sleep ten people in five bedrooms, made up of a mezzanine king-size double with en-suite facilities, two doubles and two twins as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The cottage also contains a utility, open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well as a second sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for five cars and an enclosed front lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, BBQ - please bring own charcoal. Located in stunning countryside, The Hayloft is a luxurious cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Amenities: Biomass underfloor heating. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and two highchairs. Off road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, BBQ please bring own charcoal. Outdoor pool table. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.5 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Water is from a spring. Note: Children to be supervised in mezzanine bedroom as open to the stairs. Please Note: This property has a £500 Good House Keeping bond. Please note - We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of the local community and to adhere to standard UK quiet hours, which are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The town of Presteigne is just 8.5 miles away with a range of independent shops.

Everything described and more!

Stayed for a week with friends but also for a mini healing retreat. The property was perfect for privacy, enough space for yoga mats in the day time, THE VIEW.... wow. The house was perfect for all 10 of us. Not a single issue other than any large shops are around 25 minutes away which is fine if you stock up ahead of time. We left happy and will be back to this beautiful spot!

Beautiful Accommodation with a Stunning View

The Hayloft is just what we wanted and more for a wonderful friends get-together. Plenty of space for board games, communal cooking, and meals. The hot tub was always nice and hot and we enjoyed playing on the covered pool-table outside. The view out the glass front of the barn never got old, especially on stormy afternoons. The surrounding area is lovely as well and I'd recommend an easy trip to the water-breaks-its neck waterfall. All the rooms were cosy and comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and modern. If you are a large group staying for more than a few days, bring some extra toilet roll with you. A few bits around the house could use a bit of an update- for example, the dining room chairs are a bit uncomfortable, the tablecloth could do with being replaced, and there didn't seem to be a key for the door to the patio, but all in all they weren't significant enough to hamper our enjoyment of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful barn conversion

Really enjoyed a family get together at this beautiful place. Boys enjoyed the pool table, the outdoor space and the girls enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the range to cook on, the big kitchen and the table. Well equipped with games and books. Will certainly book again when my daughter is home from New Zealand
