Hello Debbie! We are really happy to hear you had a great time staying with us! We do provide the first round of paper towels and other items to ensure when you arrive the unit is ready for you,but if any of those items are needed after the ones provided are gone, we ask that you purchase them if they are necessary. We have noted the big drain in the bathroom as well and will address that immediately. Thank you for staying with us and please come back again soon!

We do have a maintenance staff on hand to fix things like that so please don't hesitate to let us know. We also sell bags of ice at the front desk throughout the year as well.
