House was amazing and meet all the need of 4 adults and 4 children — the kids room was just what we needed — kids spent a lot of time in hot tub — everyone wants to come back next year and we are hoping unit is available on dates we can come.
We had a wonderful stay here! It was super clean and the management company was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trails End. The house was clean and represented well. The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything you need. The layout worked great for our group - the older folks stayed upstairs, and the younger group stayed up later and shared the bunkroom. We skied for 4 days and each day we came home exhausted and were so glad we had a hot tub to relax and rejuvenate in. We would absolutely stay here again!
The house was great. The kids loved all being together in one big room. It was so nice to have a hot tub after a long day of skiing. Parking was the only major issue. With the snow and other homes so close it was hard to make parking several vehicles work.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Miscommunication lead to our worst experience ever
We thought we had booked a dog friendly stay, and brought our certified support pet for our daughter who has tourettes. the owners (along with their own dog) told us we were out of compliance and were not allowed a dog (while we believed we had booked a dog friendly place). they were not willing to talk to us and kicked us out with NO place to stay. I asked them to work with us on the miscommunication and even offered to pay for a large portion of the stay, when we were there less than 12 hours. They refused, telling us (with their own dog with them) that they were alergic to dogs and refused to speak to us and made us leave. they refused to speak to us or work with us on ANY of it. I would not suggest them AT ALL

Kathy,
I am very sorry about your experience with this property. Trails End is not a pet friendly property and has never been advertised as so. The party you spoke with are private owners of the unit beside Trails End, and are not affiliated with M Vacation Properties. They immediately contacted the owner who then contacted our office to let us know you brought a pet to their property.
While we strive for to provide great customer service, this situation was out of our control. The pet policy in the contract was broken and we had to take immediate action which required us to expel your party from the home. This situation could have been different if we had known you were bringing a dog before you checked in. We would have been understanding of your mistake and would have been more than willing to find you pet friendly accommodations.
On December 29th, 2022 you signed and agreed to our pet policy that states:
Pet Policy: Most of our homes are not pet-friendly homes. We have select units that do welcome pets. All pets must be authorized prior to bringing them. If a pet is brought to the premises of a unit that does not allow pets, there will be a $500.00 pet fee per pet charged to the credit card on file, as well as cleaning and/or repair charges and immediate eviction with no refund.
On March 9th, we responded to your refund request letting you know that we would not be refunding this stay due to the pet policy contract being broken. However, we did not charge you an extra $500 that is stated in the contract.
We came during Christmas break to stay and ski. The cabin was comfortable and very convenient right by downtown and minutes away from everything including skiing. The cabin comfortably accommodated 2 couples, 3 teens, and 2 kids. Tons of dishes there to cook with and spacious kitchen and the dining room table expands to accommodate large groups. If you stay make sure to bring your own laundry stuff and paper towels. Also heads up, the electric stove top is very tricky and turns itself off for what seems to be no reason. If you cook on it, keep an eye on all the burners to make sure they’re still going. Loved my stay, would stay there again!
Check in and check out quick and easy. The rental had everything we needed and wanted. We enjoyed the hot tub which was ready to go when we arrived. Good deal for our family group. Recommend bringing groceries from home. There is one grocery in Red River. Parking is limited but we managed. I have no problem recommending this rental.
We loved this place. It was so clean and cozy. Loved how close it was to the slopes. The hot tub is a great extra. Cabin is super cute and will be staying again. Thanks again
We had a wonderful time in Red River as usual! It’s our favorite place to bring the kids for some snow time! They went sled riding and enjoyed the surrounding areas. Beautiful as always.
