It is a magnificent Villa located just 200 meters from the sea. It is a completely independent house with a large garden. Note the private pool of black tiles that increases the temperature of the water. In addition, this pool merges with the sea due to its continuous waterfall. Regarding the interior layout, it has a very large fully equipped kitchen. And a very spacious independent lounge, both rooms connect with the wooden terrace and the pool, which gives the house a great utility. Regarding the rooms there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. In addition to a toilet.
