Casual Cape sits on an acre of beautifully landscaped lawn dotted with shade trees. The lot provides a view of the lake, located across the street. Located on a private road on the east side of the island.

Check out is by 10am as we are rented back to back. Plan accordingly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only the guests listed on the contract are allowed on the property. Number of guests requested at booking is limit. No Saturday check in or check out.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No excessively loud music outside at any time. No use of illegal drugs. No smoking or vaping of anything allowed.
No bachelor or bachelorette groups. Dog rules: less than 40 pounds, no aggressive, must be on a leash at all times / no exceptions, clean up afterthem
