The Indian Pass Public Boat Ramp is located just one mile away with unbelievable fishing! Abundant numbers of fish swim through the pass, (located between Indian Pass and St. Vincent Island National Wildlife Refuge). You can easily get to this beautiful and untouched island via the St. Vincent Island Shuttle Service.

The kitchen, dining, and comfortable living areas are all open to each other and overlook the deck & the Gulf of Mexico! With four bedrooms in the house, it features a split floor plan with two bedrooms and a bath on each side of the large open living areas. The two beachfront bedrooms offer expansive Gulf views with sliding glass doors that open up to the large wrap-around deck!

You'll love the fully stocked kitchen and bar that overlook the living area, beachfront deck, and Gulf of Mexico! Among the beachy & whimsical furnishings, you'll enjoy the art work of renowned Canadian artist David Lacey, of which is also featured in Apalachicola's "On the Waterfront Gallery".

Ceiling fans are located in every room as well as the large, covered porch overlooking the Gulf. Added amenities include a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower with a dressing room and bench, covered fish cleaning sink and counter, clothes line under the home for towels and bathing suits, generous covered parking under the house for 3 vehicles, an additional hot/cold shower to rinse off at the end of your beach path, and a washer/dryer located in separate laundry room!

Had a great time on our family vacation at this beautiful house right on the beach! Well equipped kitchen, lots of extras like beach gear and toys we were not expecting, and situated right on the beach! Couldn't ask for anything more!

Perfect home away from home!! Highly recommend

We stayed at Pelican Pass last spring for a week with 6 adults and 2 children. The home served us so well and we couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity to stay there. It was reasonably priced, set-up perfectly for a larger group (especially kids) and stocked with everything we needed. We spent the week fishing, swimming, flying kits and chasing crabs at night! We went to the oyster restaurant down the road one night and was very happy we did. The State Park isn't too far and their beaches are great too. We can't recommend this house enough! The house was MORE than what we thought we'd get even from the amazing pictures online. You have to see it to believe it. Thank you for letting us stay!

GREAT HOUSE

This is a awesome beach home! It is very private and quiet. This home is close to good restaurants.....all within 15 minutes. Great shrimp at a bbq restaurant--Sand Bucket. We also enjoyed the famous Indian Pass Raw Grill. This home is totally equipped with everything that you need. We could not have asked for better weather...loved the screened porch.

The manager, Glenn, was a gem....the owners are lucky they have Glenn working w/them!!!!
