This 2-bedroom condo boasts beautiful modern furnishings with all the comforts of home. A fully-furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for the whole family.


The master suite boasts a king bed and TV with DVD player, and the other bedroom houses two twin beds and its own TV as well. Cable and FREE internet are provided throughout the rental property for your convenience.


The spacious living area also houses a plush sofa that folds out into a full bed, allowing for up to six total guests to stay.


The walkout balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a Florida sunset, and fireworks from SeaWorld can be seen in the evenings. The property is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. You can be sure to enjoy a fantastic Orlando experience at Cardiff Castle.

GREAT location. Access to so much.

Had an amazing stay. The condo was beautiful; amenities plenty. Walking distance from grocery, drug store, restaurants. We were next door to the pool where the staff is lovely. Any questions we had were met with immediate responses. It’s our second stay at Vista Cay; our first stay with Casiola. We will DEFINITELY book with Casiola again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible experience. When I arrived the code to get into the unit did not work and had to sit outside the room trying multiple different codes for none of them to work until a half hour later they finally got me a code that worked. When we eventually got inside the TV in the living room was stuck on a “please wait” screen and did not work the entire trip. TV in the bedroom was the size of pack of gum and had a fuzzy screen. On top of that there were stains on the sheets in the bed. Considering we were only staying here to sleep as we were in town for a convention I tried to look past these issues, that was until my stay was over and I was hit with a charge for a “damaged microwave” that I never used or touched! Complete SCAM, and honestly ridiculous I will never stay here again.

Also on the day of check out the next guest knocked on the door @ 9:30am asking about the check-in process!! That through me off because you guys stressed on numerous emails check-in was @ 4pm and not a minute before..Other than these 2 things I had a wonderful time on the property also the location was close to everything..

When calling in, we were not allowed to speak to someone directly related to the property. We were only able to speak to an answering service who was not knowledgeable of check-in procedures. This was very frustrating. My four kids and I were left to sit in our vehicle until we were able to get room details.

We love the location with its amenities, security and high maintenance standards. There are a few issues that we feel deserve some attention. - Kitchen utensils require update. Frying pan warped and unusable. Cutting knives dull. Lack of sufficient dish towels; only one provided. - King bed had no mattress cover. - Twin bed mattresses to high for comfort and safety; top was close to three feet above floor. - Patio door very difficult to open and close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious, I really liked having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The AC is limited to no less than 70, I like to sleep in the cold so lower would have been nice. I saw several units while I was there, a couple of them had really bad mold smells. The one I ended up staying in was OK. They are all seemed to need a little paint and carpet cleaning, but these are likely filled with families that don't care for them as they would their own home.

The upgrades to the unit in the past year was a major improvement. The only suggestion we can make is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It is very uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. The condo was exceptionally clean and overall, our experience was good.

There is a lot of wear showing, carpet in master is worn and the vanity in the master bath has a lot of water damage and is peeling. The master bed was horribly uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. The unit kitchen was nice and well-equipped. The location was perfect! Very close to the pool and clubhouse.
