Things to Note

Vista Cay Resort is a gated community. Seventy-two hours prior to arrival, you will receive a Welcome Packet with the gate code and your personalized access code.

• This is a self check-in property. There is no front desk or lobby.
• This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for groceries and additional supplies.
• Starter toiletries and essentials are provided for the first day only and are not replenished.

Starter supplies include:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Dish detergent and sponge

Basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, cups, silverware, and plates are provided.

Please note: Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied.

Parking

There are no assigned parking spaces at the resort. Guests may park in any available space. There is no limit to the number of vehicles allowed.
