This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely furnished condo is located in Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. This resort is located just minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and some of the finest seafood restaurants in Calabash. Our great location affords easy access to some of the best golfing on the Grand Strand.
This spacious and bright condo features brand new living room furniture, a new 48”Sony flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all of the amenities one would expect from a comfortable condo, a breakfast bar, a separate dining room which comfortably seats 6-8, as well as an outside dining table on our spacious deck overlooking the ninth hole of the Magnolia Golf Course. WiFi is also included.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has one of the best locations in Brunswick Plantation. This second floor condo offers the privacy and security of not being on the ground level, as well as a spectacular view of the golf course. This condo features new living room furniture, new pergo flooring and a new hi def TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom offers one new queen size bed as well as a double bed, a dresser, a hi def TV and a private bath. There is also a full size pull out sofa in the living room. The second bedroom is very large, has its own kitchenette, small dining table, dresser and private bath with a whirlpool tub. This large bedroom also has one queen size bed and one double size bed.

There is a spacious deck which spans the length of the living room and bedroom. The property offers two pools, a workout facility and a tennis court. Joggers and walkers are invited to view the plantation while luxuriating in the glorious Carolina sunshine. We have always felt that this condo is our home away from home as it provides you with a warm, inviting environment. This location is perfect for a couples getaway, a family retreat and of course, perfect for a group of golfers who prefer the space and convenience of a condo to a hotel room.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Linens and towels are also provided.

This was our first time staying here at Brunswick Plantation. When we walked in you could immediately smell and see how clean everything was! Mr. Joe was so kind and quick to answer any questions that we had. We enjoyed the outdoor & indoor pool plus the workout room. We had a wonderful week of making special memories and will definitely stay here again next year!

The place was perfect. Multiple beds for each of our kids, that were comfortable and made bedtimes easier. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We went to ocean isle beach to see family and was only a 15 minute drive.

Had a great time with our family. The owners were very kind. The beds were pretty comfortable. The view was nice. The community was a great place to walk and ride our golf cart around in. We went to the pools and used the fitness center and hot tub quite a few nights. We stayed during a week when the outside temps were 95 but the unit was nice and cool when we came in from the heat which was a blessing. We used the kitchen a lot with our family of seven. One thing was that there was not a lot of space in the cabinets for food so we just kept what we purchased in a couple of storage tubs just under the bar. There is no grill anywhere on the property as there is a no-open-flame policy for the entire community so don't plan on grilling burgers or steaks. We had family movie nights several times. The TVs are nice and big and there are lots of streaming options. The drive into Calabash was about 5 or 10 minutes depending on traffic. Lots of cute shops, thrifting, coffee. Sunset Beach is a 15-minute drive. It's a really nice beach and a great place to set up chairs is under the boardwalk in the shade. Price was affordable. We would definitely stay there again. Activities we really enjoyed while we were in the area: pier fishing at Apache Pier, thrifting, kayaking down the river at River Island Adventures, The Escape Game, looking for crabs in the evening at Cherry Grove Beach, mini golf at Tropical Adventures in Calabash. Had such a great time. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with great surroundings. We have rented here several times and always enjoy this condo. The property owner reported that the washer and dryer had broken during the previous stay. He had a new one there within 2 days! He always tends to guests needs. Highly recommend.

Family Get-A Way

The unit was very nicely decorated, roomy and comfortable for the most part. Kitchen had ample cooking materials and they were easy to find. The unit was clean and inviting. The sofas were not especially comfortable and there was no ice maker in the fridge which was a bit of a surprise. The pool area was not swept while we were there, and the parking lot drain was clogged with pine needles etc., so when it rained rain puddled up on our tires about halfway up. Our host was very helpful and made himself available for any questions. Again, the unit was very nice, our only problems were with maintenance around the pool and parking lot.

My husband Joe and I purchased this condo as a vacation home to enjoy spending quality time with our children and grandchildren. We live on Long Island, New York and have found this area to be a wonderful place to connect with nature and luxuriate in the beautiful Carolina sunshine. There is nothing better than enjoying a relaxing day at Sunset Beach while my husband plays a round of golf at one of many great courses minutes away.

Why they chose this property

This property offers a real sense of community and is centrally located to beaches, shopping outlets,golf courses and restaurants. Each time we pull into our gated community, I am still in awe of the natural beauty of the lush trees, plants and manicured gardens that surround the property.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has an ideal location. We are steps away from the guest pool area, volleyball court, and gym as well as from the 19th Hole which is a great place to have lunch or a drink at the bar after a round of golf. One of the unique benefits of our location is that when my husband Joe is finished with around of golf, he can drive the golf cart right to the steps of our condo to unload. No car necessary!!! This means that I can have the car all to myself to go to the beach or head to the outlets!
