Beautiful updated condo w modern decor, overlooking Fenwick lighthouse from deck

2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath, fully updated condo located on 145th street, in a quiet area directly across from the Fenwick Lighthouse in North Ocean City. Beautifully updated with modern decor yet a cozy beachy feel, just a short walk to to the beach, mini-golf, Both family style and gourmet restaurants, playgrounds and ecological parks, bus stop , bars, ice cream, go-carts, popcorn, shopping, water sports, kayaking , you name it.. it’s all at your fingertips! Park your car because you won't need it here. But if you do need your car, we have two spots available plus ample free parking on the streets. Both bedrooms are nestled upstairs, each having their own TV with cable. Easy to access Internet, light airy feeling throughout the house and always a view of the lighthouse. Nice breeze with the windows open and air conditioning throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked, one room has a queen comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and the other bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, and pillows . Comforters are provided. A large deck on the first floor off the family room is perfect for enjoying dinners, an afternoon lunch or break from the sun, morning coffee, a drink after the beach, and a private quiet grassy yard for yard games and kids to play in . One of our favorite things to do is watch the lighthouse from the deck light up at night , you can even see this while on the sofa, watching TV! ! Very safe, quiet area. 3 grocery stores located nearby. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. We have owned this lovely condo for 12 years and are also locals, we would be glad to give any recommendations for our favorite restaurants, activities, attractions, but mostly this is a very relaxing vacation! Nothing like hearing and smelling the ocean and salt air. We hope you find our home as comfortable and enjoyable as we do! It’s a gem!

Perfect place!

We booked this condo for an off-season getaway and it was perfect! It was super clean and a great layout for our family. The owners were responsive and helpful, and very kind when we spoke on the phone. The location was great, too...walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

We had a great time staying at this property. It had the perfect set-up and amount of space. The condo was clean. The kitchen had just about everything you need to cook a variety of meals. We made homemade fajitas and chicken parm, and really only could have used a bigger knife for cutting meats—other than that, you didn’t have to bring anything with you—which was so convenient! The porch and living room area was great for a family of four adults. Having two bathrooms and laundry was fantastic. Communication with the owner was excellent—the best I’ve had through vrbo. We will very likely be back again and would highly recommend the property!

Overall positive experience

Ashlee and Matt went out of their way to try to fix problems in the house (both fire alarms, door lock, garbage disposal, light, window lock, all decided to fail when we came). Walking to the beach appeared to be not as straight-forward as we naively expected, but we ended up driving to a better location any way. Overall very positive experience, other than when dealing with the problems, but it was all managed.

The house is very lovely and wonderful. Our little family had such a great time. Quite area, you can relax outside. One of the best things is the outdoor shower, nothing is better than to come home from the sandy beach and wash the sand away. Ashlee was very helpful throughout the stay and there was no problems. The beach is 3-4 minutes walk.

Well-maintained beautiful property!!!

Owners were amazing!! They maintained contact during our entire visit to ensure we were satisfied with their rental. They even suggested a few family friendly places to go and see while we were there. Definitely going to make this trip again and will stay at this property!! Very nice family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was in a perfect location -- walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. The house was as pictured: neat, clean, nicely furnished. The owners were very responsive and available to answer any questions. (via text or email we got responses with in a few minutes!) We loved that they had a binder listing things to do and places to visit (restaurants, ice cream, etc.) especially since it was our first time to OC. We look forward to coming back next year.

Exceptional beach house experience!

This was our first visit to Ocean City/Fenwick Island with our 2 children. We couldn't have been more pleased with the Parker beach house. Ashlee was terrific to work with and she was very helpful in every step of the rental process. The house was nicely located near the beach and many attractions, yet out of the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. We will definitely consider staying here again if it is available when we return next year. We were glad we found such a terrific place to create family beach memories of our own away from home. Thanks again to Ashlee for making our stay possible.

Perfect sized condo for our little family!

We loved the location of this property! Not only was it close/walking distance to the beach but there were so many fun activities close by (go-carts, arcade, mini-golf, water park, etc.) for young kids. Being right next to tax free Delaware was also a plus. Ashlee and Matt were both great to work with and had very quick response times with any questions we had. We'll definitely consider renting again!!

A great place for three friends to decompress from stressful jobs.

Very relaxing week. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Close enough to beach but didn't feel crowded. It is close to attractions I enjoy. Spent hours on the back deck relaxing with my friends. Ashlee and Matt are friendly and very easy to work with. Thanks guys. John P.

Great place!

This was such a perfect little house for our family of four! The house was very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room. Short walk to the beach, mini golf and ice cream were right up the block. Ashlee and Matt were wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend!

We are born and bred Eastern Shorans (is that a word? if not, it is now)! We grew up in and still live about 45 minutes away in Laurel, DE with our two young sons. We spent and still spend as much of our free time as we can going to Ocean City and Fenwick Island. We love the Eastern Shore way of life, and everything it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

North Ocean City is quiet, clean and safe. We dreamed of owning here for a long time, and the dream finally came true in 2012. Our place is within walking distance to everything there is to enjoy in Ocean City and Fenwick Island, and has everything we wanted with plenty of room to relax. A nice big deck overlooking the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, 2 upstairs bedrooms, new floors and carpet throughout, new appliances in 2012, A/C, HDTV, brand new in 2015 sectional and kitchen table and chairs.

What makes this property unique

The location of our place really feels like you're staying on an island. With the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and quiet North Ocean City location, a stay here is definitely worth it.
