4 Bdrm / 3 Bath Luxury Lake Home Directly On Deep Water w/Easy Docking Piers

We have available a large well appointed 4 bedroom / 3 bath / 2 Car garage brick home that has sets a definite distinction between a lake home and a lake house or cabin.

Our guests many of them annual appreciate it is located in the prime 1765 White Elephant Drive, Grant Alabama on Honeycomb Creek - it has good deep water, milfoil treated each year, three side easy docking pier and private owner boat house interior.

We have expanded sleeping arrangements for (11) - featuring a king bed in lake view master bedroom 1 w/ adjoining luxury bath suite. A king in master bedroom 2 w/ adjoining bath on the opposite end of the home. In bedroom 3 you’ll find a double bed and double over single bunk in lake view bedroom 4. The sofa is a sofa sleeper and a glider on the back sun room has often been used for sleeping by the family. We have complete linens, washer, dryer, Wifi Roku TV and WI-FI.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, microwave, double ovens, dishwasher. All pots pans, plates, glasses, silver wear and serving dishes on site. Many spices, salt, pepper and more for your use. So it’s set to cook up your own specialties with ease. Separate formal dining room, separate informal dining overlooking the lake.

Large sunroom with glider over-looking the lake . Large deck with propane grill and table w/chairs overlooking the lake. You’ll find easy access through front door, garage and to the deck. A gentle sloping walk to the water where you'll find generous pier space along boat house w/ ladder to enhance swimming. (Boat house interior is not available for renter use due to owner personal watercraft and insurance restrictions.) Clear cool water with good depth along our front for easy swims.

Fully monitored fire, smoke and burglary alarm w/ camera system with instructions on how to disengage.

The Perfect Week … Again

We enjoyed our time on the lake. The rental was large enough for all of our family. The only downside was the slope of the backyard which appeared relatively flat in the pictures. We made adjustments and still had a good vacation.

This was a wonderful home to stay in. We paddle boarded in the morning, rented a boat - which we could dock onsite! Also enjoyed sites in Guntersville and Huntsville.The bedrooms were spacious and comfy, AND had fans to keep the air circulating (a big plus for us). Lots of towels in the bathrooms (plus a whole linen closet full in the hall). The kitchen had every utensil/cookware needed. And plenty of space to spread out -- although evenings were always spent on the deck overlooking the lake. The manager was very proactive in communicating. We would stay at this home again!

What a gem on the lake !

We celebrate my mother's' 80th birthday here and it was the perfect place for it! The house provided all that we needed and the gentle slope to the lake provided an easy walk to the dock. The house was easy to access and less than on hour from I-565 before you are on the water. Highly recommend.

Overall great. House could have definitely had a deeper clean before arrival, as well as the tub. Also needs a bit of work done on the deck and boat dock, very splintery on bare feet and mildly spongey in quite a few places.

This home has it All!

Our annual family fishing trip was the best ever! We have been coming to Guntersville for years and this was our Favorite house. The house was immaculate, kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable, the linens were luxurious and a beautiful sunroom looking out to the water. The yard was well kept and manicured. The boathouse was perfect for enjoying a lazy afternoon in the sun. We caught a few decent sized fish right from the dock! We will definitely be back!

Excellent upper end property

Great layout with open kitchen and family room. Very clean and well stocked. Manager is very responsive and helpful. The use of double garage is very convenient for storing boat trailer and unloading/loading. Back deck is very nice with good view of water and dock. Route to dock is a slight slope with concrete walkway. Dock could use some work to minimize trip hazard, but generally solid. Be aware not to park on grass. Has upper end sod with irrigation system. We had four cars and boat trailer and had plenty of room.

The Best Week of the Year

Our stay at the lake house was absolutely FABULOUS!! As usual, the house was super clean, pantry and linen closet well stocked! Our 5 days of were filled with warm visits to the dock, beautiful sunsets, invigorating walks, and some great sister conversations.
