Unit 1059 is on the 10th floor and has one of the most spectacular views anywhere in Kaanapali. This total remodeled and professionally decorated 10th floor suite is one of the nicest one bedroom units at the Whaler.

Unit 1059 (totally remodeled in Sept. 2015) sleeps up to 6 adults and has 4 beds (master= Cal King, sofa sleeper= Queen, Murphy bed twin XL, and loveseat sleeper= twin size). All bedding is of the highest quality including the finest quality linens and pillows that are fresh and clean.

Unit 1059 is VERY competitively priced from $228 per night ($228 rate is for last minute bookings less than 30 days out with a minimum stay of 10 nights - see rate schedule below).

All linens are provided fresh and clean. Mid-visit cleaning is provided to guests who stay 10 nights or longer upon request. There is a washer/ dryer located in the unit along with complementary so. Month long stays will receive a weekly clean Upon request. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional charge. There is a $165 check out cleaning fee for up to 2 guests, $195 for 3-4 guests and $225 for 5-6 guests). $195 flat cleaning fee for "book it now" bookings.

The Whaler Resort is one of the premier condominium resorts in Maui. It is located in the most ideal location of Kaanapali Beach (between the Sheridan and Westin Hotels and next to Black Rock and Whalers Village Shops). Everything totally convenient and is in walking distance. Whalers Village has over 100 shops and restaurants for eating or just to browse through, so you and the family never have to jump in the car to go eat or shop....or drive home after dinner. Kaanapali Beach has been distinguished as being named 'Best Beach in the USA' year after year by resort critics.

Best Experience

This was my family's first trip to Hawaii, and first experience in a condo. We absolutely loved it. It was great to come back to such a homey place after our adventures each day. And being right on the beach was so convenient. The view was spectacular, the washer and dryer were so convenient for a busy family with 3 boys, and the beds were comfortable. Having the boogie boards and beach chairs was an added benefit, as we didn't have to go rent those items. Would absolutely stay here again. We had family in 2 other units in this property, and they came up to our unit for coffee almost every morning because of the great view. Great location, and clean. Jim was a pleasure to work with too, and extremely responsive to my emails, even while we were there.

Fantastic

My wife and I just spent 18 nights in 1059 and it was a fantastic condo. Terrific view and totally stocked with umbrella, beach chairs, bogey boards, meal prep essentials and more. We have stayed in 4 of Jim's condos and they are all 1st class and spacious. We will return to one of his condos in the future.

Fabulous Condo!

This unit is immaculate and beautifully decorated with lots of high-end extras. Location is perfect, and we especially enjoyed the ocean view on the balcony. We were pleasantly surprised to find it so well stocked

( even condiments, spices, laundry detergent, light hardware, etc, they thought of everything! We've rented other condos before without as much as a grain of salt). The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

We'll be going back next year for sure!

Very nice! Updated and had everything we could have needed and more.

My husband and I rented this unit in January of 2017 for our family vacation with our four adult children. It is a beautiful, very tastefully decorated unit with a great location. We stayed here a week and all of us felt that we had plenty of room. The beach, pool, and Whaler's Village were mere steps away. Having a washer and dryer in the unit meant we could bring a lot less clothing and simply wash and wear again - great plus. There was a nice amount of dinner ware, cook ware, utensils, and other miscellaneous supplies. The view from the lanai was wonderful with plenty of room and furniture. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards that were provided were a very nice touch as well. The staff at the Whaler were very accommodating and the concierges very helpful. We would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to anyone. The owner, Jim, was very easy to work with and was very prompt with phone calls and emails. Great experience for our family!

Fantastically Perfect Experience!!!!!

Jim's unit at The Whaler is the ultimate vacation experience. It's not only a beautiful & immaculate unit with all of the necessities for a comfortable stay, it's also in a perfect location with fabulous ocean views. Shops & restaurants & beach are all within a stone's throw. The staff was kind, accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Maui! AMAZING!

Highly recommend this property! We have previously stayed at the Sheraton, Westin and Hyatt on Kaanapali Beach. Jim's unit at the Whaler was by far our favorite accommodations we have ever had in Maui. We enjoyed having more room than a traditional resort/hotel room. Also being able to grocery shop and cook a few meals was fun and relaxing. We wished we would of had time to use the grills. The parking was easy and convenient. We felt at home there and can't wait to go back.

The location of 1059 is incredible and has an amazing view from the lanai. We enjoyed sitting on our lanai to whale watch and listen to Hula Grill's awesome music. The Whaler is a great location- fun to walk along the path on Kannapali beach and explore Whalers Village. This unit was spacious and high quality. The bed and pulls outs were very comfortable. Jim has everything you could need in the condo-- even beach chairs. It was great to have a washer and dryer in unit. The front desk and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. This unit allowed us to have a perfect stay and we hope to visit again soon!
