Great getaway

We had such a nice week in Beach Haven! The house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the amusement park. Checkin was smooth, and communication with the host was not an issue.

The house felt like home. Very clean, great front porch. The location is excellent, quick walk to beach, attractions, restaurants, and even a pharmacy and grocery store. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Debby's house! It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a leisurely stay at the beach. The house had plenty of street parking, was close to many convenient spots (Chicken or the Egg, Ben & Jerry's, Pizza, Fantasy Island) and of course was within a 7 min. walk to the beach. Highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Location

This house is the perfect location to everything we typically do in LBI: Fantasy Island, the Chegg, ice cream, mini golf, beach, Bay Village, Schooners Wharf...the list goes on and all walkable! It was clean, the decor puts you in beach mode, and the remodel updates were well appointed. The reason for 4 stars is with five adults and no children, the twin beds were tough on our backs. If the mattresses were better, it wouldn't have been as jarring on the three of us who slept in twins. Also, the couch in the living room needs to be replaced as it wasn't comfortable to sit on, so there was always one or more of us relegated to the dining room table. If you're a family with just two parents and children, this house seriously could not be beat - especially for the price given the location! With all adults in our party, though, 80% of the house worked for us but that other 20% was noticeable. I would still highly recommend!

Thank you and we ordered a new sleeper sofa''it takes 3 month and be arriving in the springtime...even though that one was not that old and sleeper sofas are expensive but the back pillows were getting squishy...lol. We will also get some new twins but we need more twins because usually it 2 adults and kids and kids friends so having twins is easier to rent. But thank you for you review. We always aim to please.

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Deborah’s home!! I was pleasantly surprised when we got there, as I didn’t think the photos did it justice. Very quaint, and the living room/dining room/kitchen area was great for hanging out and chatting, whether eating or relaxing. Check in was effortless and the house was well cleaned. There are actually 4 bedrooms (beds for 7), if someone doesn’t mind walking through another bedroom, which was just fine for us! All in all, a great stay!! Thank you, Deborah!

Great location for family

We stayed with my elderly parents and teen son. The location was great - down block from Fantasy island and not far from beach. Front porch was great for rainy days . I did find it a little noisy with traffic from Main Street and would probably want to stay further ok bayside or beachside but overall we were happy with house .

Wonderful house and location

We had an amazing stay in LBI at this home. It was exactly as advertised and the location is great. It is close to everything, and we had no need to even move our cars. The property was well stocked and had plenty of room and was very clean. I would definitely rent this home again. Debbie was very easy and pleasant to work with as well.

Wonderful house

This house was updated and clean! The location was amazing, we never moved our car. The street has a small beach on the bayside to watch the sunset and a coffee shop on the corner. The setup of the rooms works great for kids. I think it’s listed as a 3 bedroom but I considered it 4 bedrooms since the laundry room had its own twin and was large enough. Debbie was very nice and responsive. I would recommend it!

Why they chose this property

We love our home. It brings us back to a much simpler life but we have all of the modern day conveniences. Everything is in walking distance. You can bring your bicycles and ride all over. Store, restaurants, shops, beach, bay, Fantasy Island, Bay Village. You never need your car.

What makes this property unique

We are only 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Park your car and walk or ride your bicycle everywhere. Beach Haven has a bike lane too. We are 2 blocks from Fantasy Island and Bay Village and we have the most restaurants and bars in walking distance. You can rent Jets ski's and go on boat rides which is just a few blocks away.
