Cómodo,, casa, hermoso aire acondicionado bien equipadas, muy privada de estilo patio con piscina climatizada, un amplio aparcamiento camino de entrada, sistema de entretenimiento en el hogar, parrilla de gas, y más, que se encuentra en el lado del golfo de US41 / Tamiami Trail, así que no hay calles principales que cruzar para llegar a la playa!
Conducir, bicicleta o caminar a la famosa playa de Vanderbilt, el Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Wiggins Pass State Park o simplemente trabajar en su bronceado en la piscina climatizada ubicada en la malla en patio rodeado por una pared de 8 pies. A small corner of paradise

(sorry for my english) this is the second time we returned to the house We had the best holiday ever, the house is just perfect, it's quiet, it's very nice, we feel in security, the area is very nice, there are all nearby, the beach is a 5 minute bike. was thought out much more often, but the house is so perfect that they preferred to stay in the pool:) the pool is not very big, but it's really nice to refresh and the pool area is very private and protected by a mosquito net (very nice) wifi works perfectly well and fast. for sure if you want to stay in Naples this house is my first choice. and the Owner is really sympatic, thank you again Lindsay we hope to come back next year.

The property was clean and updated. The neighborhood is in transition, but this house was in good shape and convenient location. Owner was attentive to details. Would rent again.

We had a fantastic vacation. Great area to enjoy. Loved the beaches and the local restaurants

Lindsay’s property is an ideal location to stay if you wish to enjoy the Naples area. The pool was great to use each day. The home is setup very convenient for pool access. We very much enjoyed the use of the bikes and the BBQ. Shopping was close by and probably went there more than we should have. The Deep Lagoon restaurant was high on our list of dining experiences. Lindsay contacted us to be sure all was satisfactory and made sure all was taken care of. He was a pleasure to deal with and will highly recommend this location for a convenient location near Naples. We would certainly consider to stay at Lindsay’s home again.

Beautifully decorated, fully equipped. This place spoiled us for other locations.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit here, would have loved to stay longer or returned for a month next year but other people have already recognized how nice this place is. The only improvement that I would like to see is a King size bed in the master. Loved the private secluded courtyard and small pool. It was perfect for collecting the sun and then cooling off. We will try to return as soon as we can. Don’t miss the Deep Lagoon Seafood restaurant nearby.

Fantastic Property, Great Location!

I had some family members from the U.K visiting for 2 weeks and they absolutely loved the property, the location, and everything that the house had to offer. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Naples. We will definitely stay at this property again when more family visit.

Awesome House in Naples Park

We stayed 2 weeks in Lindsay's house which was perfect for our family and needs. Comfortable and clean house with everything needed for vacation (bikes, pool, bbq) , close to beach and local amenities (shopping , public park with tennis and baseball court, Mercato .....).

Well maintained and very comfortable.

Very nice 3 bedroom home. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The pool was well maintained and a very nice after a long day out and about. The private courtyard was bug free and a great place to sit and have a few drinks.

Perfect location in Naples

This house was very clean and had good sized rooms, nice pool, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of linens. We were a group of adults that were working at a golf tournament at Tiburon, so the location was perfect for us. We didn't have much time for beach or pool, but did make it to watch sunset one evening, very nearby. Lindsay was very thorough and easy to communicate with. We just had one minor issue with a faulty light fixture, which we just tolerated. Otherwise, couldn't ask for more.

Excellent Property!

I'm very happy that I chose this property. My family and I had a wonderful time. It is close to two lovely beaches, retail of all sorts, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and clean. My son has allergies and he had no issues. It was stocked with everything that you need for a day at the beach and also for cooking meals. The yard offers complete privacy. It was very relaxing to eat outside and lounge around near the pool. Perfect for families!

Great time in N Naples

Everything was wonderful. The home has been well maintained. We're foodies and appreciated the kitchen, appliances, utensils, cookware, the nice Weber gas grill, etc. We appreciated the available beach chairs and umbrella - we had some hot sun and with the provided beach gear we looked like locals (minus the tan). Delnor Wiggins was about 10 minutes away by the time you paid and parked. Everything was very nice - you won't be disappointed. Lindsay was good to work with - good communication and info for the house. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place to Stay in SW Florida

We can highly recommend this place in Naples Park! All necessary areas (beach - Delnor Wiggins Park, shopping - Mercato, Coconut Point, Waterside Shops etc) are pretty close. The house itself is very clean and spacious for 3 people. We had a fantastic time, thank you again, Lindsay!

We had a great time in the house. The house was clean and spacious, everything in good shape, a small pool, BBQ open. It was all what you need to relax during the holidays. The location is ideal, it is fast on the sea, it has a range of shops nearby, good restaurants if you want to dine out times. Just a great place!

Wonderful Relaxing Experience

This property was wonderful. Fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare your meal. The house is very clean and comfortable. The pool area is a great add on. The pool is a little small but perfect for my 2 children. The concrete wall gave us some extra privacy. If you're looking for a nice quick relaxing getaway, this is the place. The area has a lot of restaurants and shopping. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again.

Excellent!

The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything was well thought out and the instructions the owner provided were detailed and complete. The local amenities did not disappoint...shopping, eating, and beaches were all very close and convenient. The pool was a nice private retreat, although a little smaller and more shallow than expected...perfect for kids around the ages of 6-10! We hope to come back someday and bring ours with next time! Highly recommend this property!

A great March break vacation!!!

We had a great family vacation at the house. There was more than enough room for me, my wife, the two boys AND the in-laws. The house was lovely and having the pool came in super handy on windy days. About that pool, even though it's small it's a perfect place to cool down on a hot day and the entire covered lanai is a great place to chill out, have a meal or read a book. We loved having access to the bikes so that we could ride down to the beach or over to the brocery store to pick up some supplies. We'll definitely look at rebooking in the future.

Being Canadian, though, I am limited in the number of days I can enjoy it, so I choose to make the house available to visitors from around the world. Travellers from the US, Canada, Argentina, Germany, Spain and other countries have all enjoyed staying there, with many guests returning year after year.

Florida is all about water and beaches. One of Naples' best beaches, Vanderbilt Beach, is just a short drive or bicycle ride away, with no major roads to cross to get there. Also, the Mercato shopping, dining, movie and nightclub hub is just minutes away. A little further down the road is downtown Naples with it's famous 5th Avenue and 3rd Street dining areas.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of the best features of my house is the enclosed courtyard. Entirely under screened lanai, the courtyard surrounds the pool and patio and ensures absolute privacy, and when the temperature is not too hot, opening the french doors onto the patio nearly doubles the size of the house.
