The perfect family getaway! Nestled between the ocean and the bay, you'll find this new construction home in the perfect location. A short walk to the beach and steps away from the beautiful sunsets over the bay.

Inside the home you'll find 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms with two separate common areas. This home features an open floor concept, two porches for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. Also featuring a large covered outdoor entertaining space equipped with an outdoor tv, lounge area, table for 6 and a custom bar.
Rental comes with 10 seasonal beach badges, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler and beach/sand toys.
Linens and towels- renter must provide all linens and towels. Linens can also be rented through Coastal Linen Supply in Toms River.
Washer and Dryer are located on the first floor.
Central air throughout the house.
Off street parking available.

Great Family Trip

Beautiful house in Seaside Park that was a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean when we arrived and well stocked with a lot of cooking supplies and spices, etc to be used. Would highly recommend.

Excellent beach house

Place was fully equipped with everything you could need. It was beautifully furnished, updated and very clean. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but not too far. Lots of living space for entertaining. Bonus beach equipment and badges were a plus. Host was very responsive to questions and any issues we had. Thank you for a great week.

Great week at the beach!

This was a great house for our family and friends. There was nothing we needed, that was not at the house for us to use. Brian was available and quickly responded to any questions we had. The outdoor space under the house was the perfect place to hang out and enjoy our vacation. Thank you!

Living room was kind of small, and the outside bar needed cleaning when we got there. The walk to the beach was kind of long, especially for pregnant women and seniors. We shuttled down with the chairs and umbrellas and it was fine. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed the sunsets on the bay, and the beach is beautiful! We love the area.

Dennis, thank you for taking time to review. I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the the outside bar. Unfortunately being along the shoreline, it does get weather. I concur the block and half could be a little much of a walk for seniors. The sunsets are indeed beautiful, glad you got to enjoy them.

Football break

We stayed with another family at The Tide Came Inn and it was perfect. We had 5 teenage boys with us and the walk to the beach and the boardwalk was easy for them. As for the adults, the house is gorgeous & immaculately kept. It has everything you need. We had a fabulous week! The hosts were easy to get a hold of when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

Week long family get together

Three families came together for a great week at the beach. The house was fully equipped for everything you’d need for your getaway. The house had a lot of common space and even with 9 people we weren’t crowed. It’s new, clean, has plenty of off-street parking and a wonderful covered outdoor space with a tv and seating for 10+. Seaside Park beach badges were included and it was a short 5 minute walk to the H Street entrance to the Seaside Park beach. The location is less than a mile from the Seaside Heights boardwalk, but a world away on a quiet street by the bay. We look forward to planning our next Jersey Shore family getaway here. -Tim

Our family grew up spending our summers in Seaside Park. We love our sunsets on the bay and our sunrises on the ocean. We are grateful to play a small part in the memories of the families that come to stay at The Tide Came Inn.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The original house was purchased in 2010. It was actually two houses. The front house was a true beach shack and was attached to the house which currently stands next door. The back house, (affectionately named, The Love Shack), was directly behind it. The love shack was a converted garage with a screened in porch. Very rustic, but very charming!
In October of 2012, Superstorm Sandy made landfall on the Jersey coastline. Star Jet roller coaster, which was on Casino Pier in Heights, was taken by Sandy and submerged into the ocean. The area saw massive devastation. Many, many families lost their homes that had been in their families for decades.
The bay entered our little beach shack on one side, and exited it on the other. The house saw significant damage. The Love Shack took in 5 feet of water, picking up the furniture and redistributing it.
The homes were beyond repair and quickly condemned. After 6 years, the property was finally cleared and we were able to break ground Memorial Day Weekend 2018.
Almost 1 year to the day, we celebrated new beginnings at The Tide Came Inn. We hope you’ll find your stay warm and inviting, and we hope you fall in love with Seaside Park, as much as we have.

Our outdoor entertaining space is perfect for families and friends. Equipped with a full eating area, a large sectional and tv, and a fully functioning outdoor bar. Its the perfect space for post beach lounging, sunset barbecues and rainy day entertainment.
