Friday to Friday rental so you can enjoy a full weekend of your vacation.

Wonderful beach house

This is the perfect beach house for our family of 12 with kids and grandkids. Plenty of space for everyone and location is absolutely beautiful too! Maria is a great and very attentive host - thanks for sharing your beach house 🙏

Annual Family Vacation

The house is very spacious and nice. The kitchen stocked for cooking and plenty of counter space to prep. Maria is a wonderful host who was on top of making sure we had a great time.

Perfect house

We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids in this spacious, well equipped house. Bay and beach beach around the corner, as well as the Island beach state park close by.

Best stay be far!

My family and I rent homes at least twice per summer every year, and this was by far the best! The home was big enough for everyone yet somehow still felt cozy! The home is built well too so the sound does not travel. Yard, pool, and everything the owners supply was beyond sufficient and made for an amazing stay!

Best Beach Bach!

I booked Maria's home to celebrate my sister's bachelorette with 4 of our close girlfriends. This house was amazing! There was so much space for all of us to be comfortable. The best part was the heated pool and hot tub. You couldn't get us out of it all weekend! The location was perfect and peaceful, but so close to everything. Maria was very kind and responsive in her communication. We would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality, Maria!

Vacation spot

What a lovely home! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. The beach was closer than we thought. Some of us drove and parked which was easy. The bay was a right down the street which made for beautiful sunset watching. A playground was very close for the grandkiddies. The boardwalk was a few minutes by car. Everything worked out very well! Thank you!

Amazing for large families

One of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The house is huge and perfectly maintained. We easily fit 12 people (myself, my wife, our two kids (1 and 2 y/o), my parents, my 5 siblings and one of their significant others). From the quirt neighborhood to the pool to the short walk to the beach, the house mad this trip one to remember. Would definitely rent again and would love to buy the house one day! Also, Maria was great and made the process easy and thorough.

Best Seaside rental ever!

Our family has vacationed in Seaside Park since my great-grandparents bought a bungalow in the 1920's. This was by far our favorite home to gather multiple generations for fun and relaxation! The home is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you could need for a week of family fun. There was room for all of us to be together to eat, play games, watch movies, swim. It also has places to escape for quiet reading, naps and reflection, like the multiple private balconies or rooftop deck. The owner Maria was so kind and answered all our questions pre-visit to prepare us for a wonderful week at the shore. We loved every moment and did not want to leave!

Amazing Beach House

Huge beach house with amazing views of the bay and the ocean. You are right on the bay side and less than a 10 minute walk from the ocean side. There are many large living areas so people can spread out and have their own space, when needed. But large enough spaces for all to fit together too. Bedrooms are all great. Enough bathrooms for all. The elevator was great for my 78 year old mom who is not good with stairs. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The lights in them both at night were magical. My nephews loved the paddle boards and kayaks. This house is perfect for all ages and has something for everyone, old and young. The hosts are very hospitable and responsive. You will have all you need. We did not want to leave! And we hope to come back.

perfect home for families and adults

This home has it all. Amazing backyard. The pool with the hot tub sold us on the home. The house set up is perfect. The outside bathroom was a life saver! :) Plenty of beautiful decks with amazing views of the bay and the outside furniture is top of the line. The roof top deck is amazing. Every little detail inside and out is perfect. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The 1st floor was perfect for a family having the bunk room along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms also with the game room. The second floor has lots of space along with another bathroom, well stocked kitchen and separate living areas with 2 amazing decks. Each level in this home is perfect. The 3rd level has 3 bedrooms each with their own deck, everyone really can have alone time. 2 Bedrooms share a bathroom on the 3rd floor, this also has the master bedroom. The only thing I found fault in was the distance to the ocean. The plus is you can drive and find parking. But I missed hearing and seeing the ocean and watching the sunrise over the ocean. You have amazing views of the bay with stunning sunsets. The fishing pier is very close. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the pier. WE can't thank Maria enough for sharing her beautiful home with us. She is great to work with.

Off season family vacation

Paradise by the bay - this house has everything

Gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family or a couple of families... has three separate living areas and a game room as well as a huge amount of porches - most with wide open views of the bay. In fact, you will see water from almost every window. The view from the rooftop deck is literally stunning -- 270 degree views of the bay, incredible sunsets, even the lights of the boardwalk. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some. The pool area is gorgeous and well outfitted with furniture. You can walk along the ocean dune (about two blocks aways) or the bay (across the street). Maria was a welcoming and helpful host. Overall, an amazing stay.
