Penthouse paisible avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan

Casa Consuela est une belle Penthouse 1 chambre située dans les intimes Breezes été Condos. Nous sommes une courte promenade ou en voiture des plages, des supermarchés et des restaurants. Assez proche pour connaître le vrai sentiment de San Miguel, mais assez loin pour éviter le bruit et la circulation. Notre condo a trois balcons, une grande terrasse avant et il y a une très grande terrasse sur le toit avec barbecue pour les invités. Il peut y avoir d'autres propriétés que vous offrent un taux inférieur, mais ils ont une vue sur l'océan? Maintenant, est-ce pas pourquoi vous allez à une île!

No ocean views from the unit itself, but this was a very livable place for my stay. Connie and Jorge (local caretaker) were very responsive on communication and recommending restaurants and places to go.

After some initial problems the owner and managers worked to make our stay very enjoyable. The apartment is well equipped.

A great week on the island!

Our experience staying at Connie’s place while visiting Cozumel for a week was great! The apparent was very clean, private and secure - and we’ll stocked with cooking supplies and beach stuff! The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Jerry and Leona, the property managers were extremely helpful and really made our stay lovely.

Great experience!

Nice property, great location, quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were fabulous, and were very friendly and helpful. We had a local point of contact that answered the phone every time I called, and answered every question. We can't wait to come back!

Great condo 8 blocks from town

We rented a scooter to get around the island which really helped because the beaches were mostly not within walking distance. The really nice beaches were clear across the island and on the windward side. There were a few free snorkeling beaches on our side of the island but having a scooter to get to them was almost a necessity since taxis were pretty expensive. The water is beautiful and diving and snorkeling is incredible!

Cozumel Condo

Great getaway spot. Very quiet neighborhood. On the 3rd floor with only one neighbor sharing that floor. Great view of town and the ocean. Clean and all the comforts of home. I only needed one thing and the caretaker was there in no time. Very nice place.

ozy Condo in Cozumel

This apartment was a great base from which to explore Cozumel. You have a secure locked courtyard with a small pool for relaxing, and the apartment has 2 heat pumps to make life comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and there are larger grocery stores as well as several authentic Mexican restaurants a short walk away. Communication with the owner and caretaker was excellent. Great value!

Amazing Location

The rooftop with the amazing sunset view and BBQ grill, on one of the few highest buildings in the town, makes this place a must stay. The other parts of the stay were great as well. Connie and the locals who manage the condo had great communication. It was clean and comfortable. The AC, water dispenser, and free laundry were much appreciated. The pool is big enough to hang out it. The neighborhood is nice with a pizzeria/bar a block away and an easy 10 min walk to the grocery store and touristy area. Highly recommend.

To the dogs

The apartment itself was nice and met our expectations. Our stay and the rating was unfortunately negatively influenced by the many dogs adjacent to the apt and in the immediate area. They started barking pretty much first thing in the AM and barked throughout the day and sometimes at night. VERY INTRUSIVE! Our preference is to avoid using the AC as much as possible and have open windows for the lovely Coz breezes. We did that and put up with the noise. We will not stay again at this apt.

Great location, clean

This is a great location, it's away from the busy downtown and tourist areas but close enough to walk to them. The building is really secure. Great view from the patio. Roomy and everything we needed. The owner, managers and neighbors were very nice and welcoming.

Nice clean property with pool

Nice property with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Beautiful pool! Good communication with local property manager, very responsive. Good taqueria "Los Nopales" a short walk away. A little off the beaten track - about 10 minutes walk down Calle 21 to the water, then about 10 minutes more to the center of San Miguel. Overall highly recommended!

Great stay

Thank you dor a fantastic stay! There were plenty of delicious places to eat nearby, and we were a short bike ride from the main area of town. Alex, the property manager was very helpful with any issues we had. The rooftop is one of the higher spots in town and was an amazing spot to eat breakfast or watch the sunset!

Wonderful two weeks

This was a great two week vacation for us at Casa Consuela. The condo is in a great location and is very well equipped. The support, while we were there, was excellent. It is on the third floor and has magnificent views. Very calm place with lots of charm. I am very glad we selected this out of all the options we investigated in Cozumel.

great location

enjoyed our stay. the rooftop was great for daily sunrise with a cup of coffee. used the bikes for the first leg of our trip, then rented a car to go around the island. great apt location to downtown, but not the noise. have been to cozumel a few times, always enjoy and will continue to return.

Casa Consuela Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo in a nicer neighborhood slightly off the water, but close to almost everything if you have a car. Parking is a bit of an issue and you need to avoid parking close to the adjacent property with large dogs. They park their large car inside their gate and if you park across from them they can't get in easily. Anywhere else on the opposite side of the street from the condo complex seems OK. Had some great sunsets on the terrace and the barbeque is nice to have. The shower on the roof is also a nice place to rinse off. Pool is OK but small. It is nicely shaded on the hot afternoons. Make sure to get the local managers number and location. When we arrived the key in the lock box to the main gate was missing and we had to search around town a bit to find Alex or anyone to let us in on the first evening. Overall very nice and quiet unit once we had this issue resolved and we will probably stay there again. Owner was very responsive to my questions or any issues we had.

Fantastic location and condo

We just spent 2 weeks in Casa Consuelo. The condo is in a great location within easy walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was very well set up with a fantastic roof top patio for suntanning. There is an outdoor kitchen but we only used it twice as the bbq did not work very well. The bed was extremely firm but those are the only two negatives of this condo. We would definitely stay at this condo again in the future!

Centrally located slice of heaven!

We loved loved loved Casa Consuela! We walked everywhere and had no problem finding our way around. This was our 2nd trip to Cozumel so we quickly remembered where things were. The rooftop is wonderful, the grill, the guide book and Alex was great. They provide you with a cell phone to use to call Alex if anything comes up, filtered water, toilette paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all provided. We love to cook so having a kitchen and a grill on the rooftop was wonderful! The only thing that bothered me was the dog barking and I know nothing can really be done about that since it's not the owners dog (which is why they still get a 5 star rating), I found myself either leaving the apartment or going in the back room and turning the AC on and reading which is what vacation is all about anyways!! I would recommend the place to others! We went and ate at a lot of local places that I couldn't even begin to say the names of! Don't be scared to try them we did and were very pleased with them! Loved my month here at Casa Consuela. Mike and Connie have truly stocked this place with everything you need. It is in a very safe neighborhood. No need for a car because you can walk everywhere. The rooftop was beautiful with the 360 degree view of the island. Connie and Mike and their wonderful customer service makes this the perfect place to stay.

Came back for a second stay and will return again. The condo and small complex is fabulous, The bikes Connie and Mike provide are so much fun to cruise around San Miguel and they are a wonderful couple to work with for your rental needs.

The condo is located in a friendly location that is very close to downtown for great restaurants & music or just a ride to some of the best beaches. The lovely Corpus Christi Catholic Church is a stunning view from our terraces as well as the beautiful ocean views & breezes…..And did I say, no mosquitos while sitting out in the evenings.
