The whole family can enjoy a memorable trip to one of Central Oregon's most popular destinations when you stay at this two-bedroom Sunriver vacation home, complete with its own private hot tub. And if you have a dog, don't fret, you can bring one of your furry family members on vacation with you!

This much in-demand location is easily walkable to the Sunriver Brewing Company and the Village at Sunriver! It's only a scenic half-mile stroll to a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee house, and more. And with the included SHARC passes, you can walk or bike along the trail for a day of aquatic fun as well!

All on one single level, you'll have a gas fireplace in the living room, a flatscreen TV, beautiful wood paneling, and a DVD player/cable for entertainment.

There's a full kitchen for meals and a gas grill out on the spacious deck. You'll even have a coffee grinder, toaster, and a blender so you can make smoothies or margaritas to enjoy at the dining table, right under the antler chandelier.

Spend your evenings relaxing in the hot tub and when it's time for bed, each bedroom has a queen-size bed. Up to four guests can stay here comfortably, and if you bring a dog, it's just a small nightly fee.

During your stay, you'll also have WiFi, a washer and a dryer, two bathrooms, and board games.

Sunriver is ideal for families and boasts 30 miles (and then some) of paved trails to explore. There are pools, hot tubs, and game courts at SHARC, horse stables, two golf courses, and much more! In winter, the slopes of Mt. Bachelor are only about 20 miles away. And if you need some city attractions, Bend is only 18 miles from your door!

Plan an unforgettable family vacation at this two-bedroom Sunriver vacation home in gorgeous, sunny Central Oregon!

Perfectly cozy for this time of year!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 3 nights with myself, my wife and 2 boys, 5 and 8. Lots of character and a nice warm fireplace to dust of the chill. Spent time in the hot tub with the kids and walked the .7 mile round trip to the village a few times. Nice location and cozy little rental home.

Perfect Rustic Getaway!!! Just what we were looking for!

  • 5 of 5

It was exactly what we were looking for. This was our first vacation without kids in 3 years. We wanted to get away to the high desert in a nice rustic/cabin getaway. This place did not disappoint! The appliances are all new. The decor was what we were looking for. The location was awesome. It was a simple 5 min walk to the Village where we got our morning coffee and stroll thru the shops each morning. We will be bringing our kids here with us next time for sure!

Great location! Comfortable living spaces

  • 4 of 5

Just got home from our long weekend in sunriver, really enjoyed our stay!

So many positive things about this little house, very comfortable couches and chairs in the living room, gas fireplace got nice and toasty, quiet street yet very close to the village, bedding was nice and felt very clean, hot tub was perfect!

The backyard does border a very low use road, but it is elevated and not really noticeable. The railroad tracks are on the other side of that road but also not obtrusive. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and we did hear a little train rumble early one morning, but it wasn't jarring.

The heating system is a little loud, but we were also using it fairly frequently as it was very cold there this weekend and we didn't really notice it after a minute or two. If it only clicked on once or twice I could see how it would be different, but it was fine for us.

I was surprised that with all the modern touches and updating that has been done there, including really nice appliances in the kitchen, the countertops and cabinets have not been updated. Kind of stuck out with everything else being super modern and nice. But they were clean and in decent enough condition.

There were a few spots were some spiderwebs were, but overall everything was very clean, just needs a little spot cleaning.

I was surprised to see the gutters full of the little pine needles that get everywhere in sunriver. It looked like there is some very easy deferred maintenance that could be done, but that is as close to a negative as I can really get with this place, and is admittedly nitpicking.

Worked great for my wife and I, could have comfortably had our young daughter but enjoyed a weekend to ourselves. Bedrooms are pretty close together so if you are traveling with other couples you might hear somebody snore.

Owner's Response: We'll take care of these 'nitpicky' things during our deep clean. Thank you!

About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
