My parents were visiting me in Alaska for the first time, and we decided to spend a weekend exploring Seward and Cooper Landing. This cabin was absolutely perfect. We were greeted by Jan and his sweet pups, and he led us down the beautiful path to the cabin. The flowing stream, and fire pit were perfect for late evening outdoor hangs. My fiance and I squeezed into the loft bed, and my parents slept comfortably below. The cabin had everything we needed, and the separate bathhouse was wonderful! Lots of special and unique details and finishes to the cabin... So much charm! Highly recommend!
The property is very pretty. The cabin is nice & cozy. The cabin and restroom/shower area are both very clean. The kids loved the loft bed. The bed for my husband and I was comfy. The woodstove kept the place nice & toasty through the night. There's a fire pit outside the cabin, perfect to cook s'mores. We all enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.
Really nice clean cabin & bath house. Which came with a nice owner, Jan Ohdner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend his cabin to any of our friends or family that were looking for a rental.
The property was very nice. The view out the large window made us feel like we were in the middle of the woods. The wood stove was very effective warming the cabin, and the bathhouse had a little electric heater. We would love to stay again.
Truly a fairy tale cabin in Alaska. The details and workmanship in and around the cabin were outstanding. This was one of our favorite places we stayed. The mountain views and scenic drive to Seward were beautiful and breathtaking.
Quiet and peaceful location! The cabin and bath house are beautiful and clean. Out of the city but close enough to hiking, shopping, and great food! Owners were friendly and helpful!
