OUT OF THE 249 two bedroom units at the Honua Kai Condominums only a very few have comparable views to Konea 403. Located on the inner courtyard, one back from the front and north facing you will never miss a sunset from this place. And you actually get ocean views from inside of the unit, not just from the lanai.

Please take a look at our photos and you'll see that they are actual pictures of the unit and upon your arrival you will say that the pictures do not do this place justice. Also, know that this unit has the highly desirable 1315 sq ft floorplan. If you want to make your trip special this is the unit for you.

-We will greet you in the Lobby and will escort you to the unit. For those guests who have stayed in other Maui condo's, you'll say to yourself 'The condos in Maui are so old that I forgot what new feels like. It's as nice on the inside as it is on the outside'.

This is the first whole ownership condo to be built on Kaanapali Beach in over 30 years. Most of the competition is requiring their owners to remodel their units to stay competitive with Honua Kai. This particular ocean view 2 bedroom is located in the inner courtyard.

We use a mainland phone number for convenience. The bellmen are all real good guys and more interested in showing 'Aloha' then caring who you are renting from. We provide high quality beach towels for your use at the pool and beach.

No Parking Fee for 2016. 2017 $25/nt

We will accommodate free early check-in or late check outs when the schedule allows. Please remember this is a courtesy and we'll do our best, but cannot guarantee it. We understand that many flights arrive late morning and that many flights depart late at night. We were regulars on that red eye to San Francisco, so we get it.

The place was amazing. Perfect views of the beach from the balcony. The place was the cleanest rental I have seen. Huge Rooms. All amenities working perfectly. Huge windows to the view from the living room. Quiet ACU in all rooms. The facilities were amazing. Pools were warm and fun. My kids spent whole days in the pool. REALLY close to the beach. The apartment had all you need !!! beach chairs, kids toys for the beach, beach umbrellas, small surf boards, event Snorkeling equipment!!! My kids cried when we had to leave :)

Joe the Owner was responsive, answered every Q I had and really helpful !!

True Paradise

Don't pass up this wonderful property and condo. The pictures do not do justice to the magnificent view off the very large lanai. Our unit was beautiful and sparkling clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked perfectly as well as a closet full of beach/pool necessities. In addition a welcoming gift basket of Hawaiian goodies and champagne awaited us. A luxury condo and beautiful sunset every night. The owner Joe Devane was also readily available for anything we could possibly need. Our family would definitely come back to this property and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Maui!

Perfect Place

Our family recently returned from a beautiful week on Maui. For our accommodations we chose to rent this unit. This 2 bedroom condo was an excellent choice in many ways. It was spacious, clean, stocked with all the necessities and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The photos of the unit are accurate. This place is nice!! You will not regret your decision to stay here!!

The owners Joe and Rhonda were extremely good to work with and made booking a very smooth process. Hope to return someday.
