¡Bienvenido a tu Disney Vacation House! Permítame presentarle su posible nuevo hogar:

La villa está profesionalmente diseñada y decorada con varias habitaciones temáticas para niños. Hay un total de 5 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños, 2 salas de estar, 1 loft, 1 cocina, 1 comedor, 1 lanai privado y una piscina. 7 televisores LED en el desván, la sala de estar y todas las habitaciones.
¡Toda la casa es muy espaciosa y perfecta para una familia numerosa con muchos niños!

Mi favorito personal: como fanático de Disney, mi parte favorita de la casa son las habitaciones temáticas. ¡Son tan lindos!

Has the potential to be great…

The house was very clean. The location was A for a trip to Disney and Universal. The host was very responsive. The community pool was a 3 minute walk with a delightfully warm big pool and lazy river. We had a great time. But….we have stayed in many VRBOs. I have never stayed in one so lacking in accoutrements. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Not a single item in the pantry. No salt. No coffee or filters. They want you to wash towels before you leave, but no detergent. They threaten to charge you if they have to do more than 3 loads of laundry. How do we use fewer bedsheets? Everywhere else we have ever stayed had at least a few basics in the kitchen. Not hereThe pool had free heat. That was a major reason we booked here. The pool was heated to a frigid level. Yes it’s January, but the community pool was comfy. Not the private pool in our unit. And the beds, while comfortable, were sooooo squeaky. Don’t you dare roll over or you wake the whole family A few bucks spent on some kitchen essentials and better mattress pads could easily take this to 5 stars. And if you don’t want to heat the pool, charge for pool heat. I would have paid (and I even asked if I needed to before my trip and was told no need)I really liked the place but it’s the finishing touches that make a place special. They seemed to actively try to avoid those.

Great place

This was a family vacation ranging in age from 3 to 60 and all had a great time. The home was big enough that we were not tripping over each other. The 4 children loved the pool and the club house area. It was close enough to Disney that we could go early and come back to the house for the afternoon then back to Disney to see the fireworks in the evening. We had a great time.

Great Home!

Stayed here for 10 days and could not fault the house! It is amazing.The only downfall is you are a bit away from shops and restaurants ubers are very cheap. Will definitely stay again!

Space is perfect for a family gathering

The space in the house is great for a family gathering. Plenty of room for sleeping/eating/visiting. The development amenities are very nice-pool, clubhouse, activities, etc. A few heads up items that you don't know till you get there. You have to provide your own dish soap, trash bags (they give you 2), toilet paper (you get one roll per bathroom). They tell you to start the laundry for housekeepers and that there is soap provided, there wasn't. The coffee maker was broken. Housekeepers said they would bring a new one and never did. The interior door handle fell off the back door. We messaged owner and never heard back. You have to bag your own trash. No problem. However the people ahead of us left loose trash in the bin that the trash pick up people left. The house instructions say if you leave this kind of thing it will be deducted from your deposit. So we cleaned up their trash for fear of being billed. If you have a car you have to go to the clubhouse to get a parking pass or risk being towed. This was not shared with us. The space is great but the written instructions before check-in should include this kind of info. Oh and it is a perk for the housekeepers for guests to leave items that they can take home! Never heard of this in any rental before. This was a first in many rentals that we had to provide these items.

Wonderful Vacation Rental. Will definitely book again!

Let me start by saying I've rented several vacation homes over the past decade and this was, by far, the best experience I've ever had. The owner, Selena, was warm, friendly, professional, and communicative from the time I booked the rental until the day we checked out. It was evident from our first communication that she just wanted my family and I to relax and enjoy our vacation. Selena's 5-bedroom town home was clean & cozy. The private pool is bigger than we thought it would be which was a pleasant surprise. My 4-year old actually learned to swim without any help for the first time on the second day we spent there (no more floaties!). The house had everything we needed to accommodate our 1-year old (high-chair, crib, etc.). Plenty of towels and extra blankets and HD TV's in every bedroom as well as the downstairs and upstairs living rooms. Disney was about 20 minutes away and for us, the resort itself is in a great location (no through traffic and very quiet). As far as the resort itself, Windsor at Westside is one of the newest gated resort communities in Kissimmee and it was everything they promise. There's a tiki bar with grilled sandwiches & pizza, a gameroom, fitness center, and sundry shop. My kids loved the waterslides in the pool as well as the lazy river. The staff are wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. One of the best parts about Selena's place is that it is such a short walk to the club house pool and resort amenities. We hope to go back in a couple of years and I hope this property is available when we visit again.

House is nice and really liked the clubhouse.

When I got to the home I noticed pool was dirty and wasn’t running properly. I texted the owner with a list of issues that the house had. She doesn’t text right away but does get back within a couple of hours. Pool wasn’t fixed till 2 days before our departure and we were there for a week. I asked owner if I could get some of the money back but she instead offered a free 1 night stay when I rent again for more days. Overall, the stay was good. Can’t complain much as the owner still worked with me but do be aware of the little signs on the wall especially the one in the laundry area which tells you what you need to do before check-out. That took me by surprise as I hadn't experienced that from other home that I’ve rented from this site. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this home. My favorite part was the complimentary game room at the clubhouse.

I chose this property because not only is it very close to Disney World, all the theme parks around and all the malls and restaurants, but also because it is located at a great place facing the north and has a south facing pool.
The house is also very very close to the clubhouse, which made everything just so much more convenient. The best part is that the house is located in a gated community guarded by securities 24/7, it is incredibly safe and beautiful.
