Windsor at Westside Resort is a Mediterranean-themed community that features first-class facilities and amenities including: a spectacular clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, an arcade & Sundries Shop, and a full service concierge & activities director. Outdoor recreation includes a Volleyball Court and Multi-purpose Sports Courts, Children's Playground, Resort-style Pool with a Lazy River, Tiki Bar & Spa. The resort is located on Westside Blvd. just off US 192, giving it easy access to the major highways and a short drive distance to attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, museums, and nature trails, among other entertainment options.
This two-story townhome provide seamless accommodation for up to 12 guests that can fit within its suites and rooms.
Cheerfully decorated in grey & white with bright yellow accents, this contemporary vacation townhome invites both families and groups of friends to spend a great time of fun and joy.
The main level presents a spacious open floor plan where a state-of-the-art kitchen merges with the dining-living area with splendid view to the private screened patio with pool. Guests can find this to be the perfect spot to sit & relax after a day full of activities. There is a half-bath by the pool area.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and features a QueenSize bed while sharing a full-bathroom with glass enclosure shower.
The upper level consists of a well-suited loft with a comfortable couch where guests can enjoy movie nights.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!
✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
✦ Age requirement:
You must be at least 21 years old to book with us.
