Really enjoyed the large L couch and patio overlooking 30A. Although not included, many previous guests left beach chairs.

This was a perfect unit for our fall break visit to Watercolor. The unit has everything you need and more - so nice to have the basics stocked for laundry and kitchen cleaning. The location was perfect - walkable to all the Watercolor shops and restaurants, the Beach Club, beach access, and also a quick walk to Seaside.

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Watercolor! We have been staying in Watercolor for 5-6 years and hope to for many more years!!

Loved the location, it was walkable to the beach and all amenities. Included golf cart and bikes were a huge plus for exploring. Our family of 9 fit comfortably and will be returning

Owner communicated well before arrival and house is in an excellent location to enjoy all Watercolor has to offer. We have stayed at this home before and would definitely stay again!
