Sand Diamond Villa is a prestigious newly renovated villa on the private powdery white sandy beach of Jimmy Hill. The villa is named after the beautiful sand that it’s surrounded with. If you are looking to get away from it all with privacy and tranquility this is the place! The villa sits at the end of a “cul-de-sac” away from the noises of the Queens Hwy. You can spend days without seeing a soul on this 2 miles long beach. After you landed, it will take only 3 minutes drive to reach your paradise!

The main house, with its open floor plan and cathedral ceilings, has 2 master bedrooms (king beds) each with its newly renovated bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor with sloping ceilings. One with a queen bed and the second one has 3 single beds that could be converted into a king plus 1 single. Those 2 bedrooms shares a newly renovated bathroom.

The new bunk room consists of 2 adjacent bunk beds, with double mattresses at the bottom and single mattresses at the top. There is also a loft area to allow children to play without being disturbed by parents!

The house comes with plenty of toys for kids of all ages! Like 2 kayaks, a paddle board, body surf boards, snorkel gear, footballs, Frisbees, beach toys, etc... There is also many beach chairs to enjoy your happy hours on the beach! If you prefer comfort and shades we have an extended set of lounging chairs and sofas. You can enjoy our 30’ x 30’ covered gazebo by the beach or you can use the outside (covered porch) dining table that can accommodate up to 10 persons.

Rest assured to always be in good hands since our management company, Fun In The Sun Exuma, is looking after villa and our guests.

The villa is located 7 minutes from a grocery store/butcher, 10 minutes from the liquor store and 15 minutes from George Town (city center with shops, bars and restaurants). It is only 10 minutes away from the most scenic ocean-side golf course in the Caribbean at Sandals’s Emerald Bay golf course! There is a lot’s to see and do on the island!
