The best place to stay

Overall a good place to stay, had a few minor issues with the code not working but the manager came and reset it within 15 minutes AC could be better as it never got to 74!!!

Very nice unit

Despite the weather, we enjoyed our first stay in Port A. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed, and was right up front looking towards the beach. We would definitely come back and would recommend this unit to friends and family!

May Beach teip

Condo was clean & comfortable and location was right on the beach with a great boardwalk to the beach. It is a smaller complex and easy access to condo. Not as big and crowded as some of the high rise condos. Very comfy feel. Check in process was very easy. We would rent here again.

Getaway

Property was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and perfect for our family weekend getaway. Wifi was functional unlike some properties we have stayed at and our room even had a smart tv. Our only complaint was the master bed was noticeably warmer then the rest of the rooms and it was quite bright early in the morning making it harder to sleep in other then that it was really accommodating. I would stay here again.

Cleaniness was a big issue. Also they could at least have one extra thrash bag. No salt or pepper or even coffee filters. They should at least have small itms like that. Bathroom was supper tiny.

The condo is just a short, easy walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for our family of five to spend as much time by the water as we wanted.The amenities listed were spot-on, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living space, everything was as promised. It was also incredibly quiet-perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We never heard any noise from neighbors, which was a huge plus for us.Overall, this condo was an ideal spot for our family vacation. It offered both convenience and relaxation, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location was great and the condo was very clean and spacious. Management responded quickly with a replacement when the coffee pot wasn't working. The furniture and bathrooms were dated and dingy but the cost was appropriate for an older community. My kids said some of the game tables were broken so they didn't play there but said the pool was nice. Overall we had a nice family trip that didn't break the bank!

Great Stay, small issues

Close to the beach and the property was clean. There were only a few small problems. The batteries in the thermostat were dead, the refrigerator light was burned out and a couple of dirty towels were left in the guest bathroom on the back of the door.

So sorry about the dirty towels left behind by housekeeping. We are definitely going to address this issue. Please do not hesitate to call us during your stay, we would of been more than happy to put some batteries in the thermostat and replace the burnt out light bulb in the fridge! The condo was pleasantly furnished- slightly dated. Clean & comfortable beds. Deck is narrow & long, facing East. The clubhouse & pool were very well maintained. My only real complaint is the lack of pots & pans - totally inadequate (saucepan with no handle, frying pan with scratched Teflon.

Dated property but decentM

Check in was easy. Property was clean but strong disinfectant used was not to our liking. Master toilet never flushed properly and recliner in living room should be put by the curb. It’s fifthy and smells. The rest was ok.

Arriving Before the Crowds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the first week in May. The interior was lovely, but slightly musty as it was the beginning of the season. Exterior is a little worn, but is very old school Port A for those of us who like that. Ocean view is a generous description - dune view is more accurate. In the kitchen they were short on glasses - 6 glasses and 4 cups for 5 people was a little stingy. Overall we had a great time and would go back.

Reviewer Comments: There was a certain smell the moment you walked in to this rental....we had to stop by the store to grab cleaner(fabuloso) and a candle. The back door was broke so the kids could not open or shut the door. The beds were comfy and the view was great. All in all it was ok.....I will try somewhere else next time to have something to compare it to.
