Pelicans Place LCV23 has great views from the deck, of the dunes and Gulf of Mexico horizons just beyond. This beach house has 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and offers wireless internet. The exterior stairs lead to the 2nd floor entrance to this home. Sit back and relax on the ample couch space in the second floor living room and enjoy watching the 46” Flat Screen TV. The second floor also has a full kitchen, dining room, and two bedrooms (2 sets of bunks in one and the other has a queen bed and bath). Go upstairs to the third level for the Primary Bedroom with a king size bed and an awesome unobstructed view of the Gulf horizon. The separate first floor is not internally accessible to the second floor. You will find two more queen bedrooms, a bathroom, washer/dryer, living/dining areas and its own kitchenette on the first floor. Grill is not provided. This unit has no interior stairs. NO GARAGE ACCESS!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
