It offers a fabulous slope entry pool, close to many of the restaurants, bars and shops that Port Aransas has to offer. One bedroom has a king. The second bedroom has a queen. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full baths and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The colorful décor and exterior are a perfect compliment to a wonderful weekend or week in this condo. The condo offers 3 TV's along with wireless internet. This unit is pet friendly and smoking is not permitted. Come, Relax and Enjoy!! This unit has parking for 3 cars maximum. Any additional cars will be towed. - A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
