Esta encantadora casa de vacaciones de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños cuenta con 4 suites de dormitorio principal (2 en el 1er piso), una habitación king y para niños que comparten un baño Jack-n-Jill, un sofá cama y capacidad para 20 invitados.

El oasis de la isla ofrece 2 salas de estar ... ideal para el grupo grande :), techos de 10 'en el primer piso y techos abovedados en el segundo piso. Hay una terraza en la parte delantera con una ligera vista del golfo y un porche en la parte posterior con vistas a la piscina privada, que se puede calentar por un cargo adicional.

A solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa ... o en el carrito de golf legal de la calle. (incluido de forma gratuita) Ubicada en Crystal Beach, esta casa es muy céntrica en Destin, a solo minutos de excelentes tiendas y excelentes restaurantes.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin! Our extended family gathered here to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday, and the home was absolutely perfect for the occasion. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the house was spotless and beautifully appointed.The kitchen was especially impressive—by far the most well-stocked we've seen in any rental, with everything we needed for cooking and serving meals with ease.The location was ideal, just a short walk (about a block and a half) to the beach, and having the golf cart available was a fantastic bonus. While the kids enjoyed their time at the beach, the pool quickly became their favorite hangout. The generous supply of pool and beach toys and accessories was such a thoughtful touch.We truly appreciated every detail and comfort provided during our stay. Everyone had a great time and wished we could have stayed even longer!

Better than what was listed

This property owner needs to update his pictures. House was even nicer than what the pictures were in the post. Everything was great very very clean close to everything stores restaurants the strip. I was there the first week of April pool was nice and warm as we had it heated. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with owner was a breeze. Great stay overall would rent from them again.

Enjoyable stay

Would recommend for families. Enough room for our four generations who stayed there. Nice pool/pleasant neighborhood. Near stores, restaurants, and Henderson State Park.

Family Beach Vacay

Beautiful Place

This house was amazing. Very close to the beach and the golf cart was great. We had 16 in our party and it was the perfect size. The pool outback was great for the adults and kiddos.

Wonderful Trip

We loved our trip even though there were red flags the entire week. The house is very nice and very convenient to the beach. We loved the pool and cornhole area, especially with all of the palm trees in the back yard. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable as well. It is different than what is shown in the pictures. The living room furniture, kitchen table and beds have also been updated since the pictures were taken. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is something that doesn’t happen very often in my experience. I would definitely recommend staying here. The property manager is wonderful at communicating and the check in process is so easy. He also texted me to let me know it was ready for check in earlier than expected. We all had a great time!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was perfect for us. The two bedrooms on 1st fl was perfect for us since two of our members have mobility issues. The house is about a block to the beach. The grill had a full tank of gas - all bathrooms had hand soap, TP, and towels. Bonus that some of the beach toys were left for us to use. I would recommend this house especially for a fun family vacation.

Lovely home

The home was spotless. We loved the layout with 2 master suites and a powder room on the 1st floor and 2 more master and 2 other bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath on the second. The pool and outside area was large with a screened in area, picnic table, and corn hole court. Kitchen was well appointed but could use a few more towels. Would recommend this property!

A Great Place to Stay!

We had a great stay here! The house was very clean, and was completely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with any dishes and cooking utensils we needed. We had the pool heated, and it was nice and warm when we arrived. The pool has plenty of seating around it, and a nice large outdoor table. The walk to beach was super easy, and you can see the ocean a bit from the top deck. The golf cart made exploring the area so easy. We had such a a great time and plan to come back in the future. Thanks Bob!

Wonderful in Every Way

Warm and inviting. Everything we needed for our extended family get together was provided. Plenty of room for adults to spread out. Big kitchen and well stocked. Location was perfect on Pompano- easy walk to the beach- and easy access to anywhere with the provided golf cart. Will visit Again. Seamless Vacation.

Great Family Vacation House

Our family had a great time on our Destin vacation. Check-in and communication with the property manager was seamless. He was quick to respond to questions and immediately addressed the one problem we encountered. The house is well furnished and has enough room so everyone can have there own space to enjoy some quiet time. The kitchen is large and well stocked to meet everyone's needs. The pool area was well maintained and had plenty of seating for everyone. The outdoor eating area was a big hit. The close proximity to the beach made it an easy walk and the golf cart made getting all of our stuff to the beach a breeze. I would definitely recommend the property for family vacations.

Property owner was super responsive. Arrived to a super clean home. Beautifully decorated. Had everything you could ask for in the kitchen! Back yard was beautiful. Great showers. Beds were firm but comfortable. Straight shot and easy walk to the beach. The public access was limited in this particular area so the beach was super crowded. Kiddos enjoyed the golf cart, we cruised every evening. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great vacay

Very nice property pretty close to the beach. Easily accommodated 8 andults and 7 children. The golf cart was an invaluable asset getting our 7 grandkids ages 1-9 to and from the beach as the almost two block walk home from the beach was a lot for tiny legs. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for lots of family fun and action. The bunk bed room was rocking! Close to many restaurants and attractions. Be sure to bring beach towels as there are none. We had to visit Walmart to purchase several and fortunately there is a really nice washer and dryer because we always seemed to be short on towels. We enjoyed every minute at this beautiful home. Very easy check in and out.

Close to the beach and newly renovated

Much to our surprise, when we arrived the home had been renovated from the pictures listed online. The kitchen, living, and dining areas have all been updated recently as well as the back yard. Although we were looking forward to the privacy of the shade trees in the listing, the palms will provide a much cleaner and beachier vibe when they fill in. The host was helpful and responsive. The maintenance guy was quick to fix any bumps in the road we encountered. Our only mild complaint was that the upstairs mattresses are very firm and could use updating, or a decent mattress pad. Other than that, we could not have chose a more fabulous property for our guests age 2.5 to 68. It is great there’s a kids room with an attached Jack and Jill bath for the parents upstairs. Also, there’s two master suites on the main floor which is hard to find! The golf cart was a fabulous addition to have as you can drive them everywhere except the main highways. It made going to the beach a breeze! The location is also fabulous. You’re just a few blocks away from the main highway, gas station, Publix, shopping center, and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Destin again.

Will Not Stay Here Again

We have been renting houses in the FL panhandle multiple times a year for 10 years so this review comes from experience. THE CONS: -The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal...are you kidding me? We had to scrape every dish, pot and pan into the trash before putting it in the dishwasher because there's no disposal in the skink! We felt like we were camping all week, having to scrape everything in the trash and even that didn't help the sink from getting clogged. -We blew breakers daily. Yep...you can't run multiple things at the same time or BOOM! No electricity upstairs, BOOM! no electricity downstairs! This got annoying after day 2. -The house was very, very dirty...I wish I could upload all of the pictures I took. The house was nasty. Pink and black mold in every bathroom shower /tub. Dust so thick on the furniture and wall hangings. I don't think the ceiling vent fans in the bathrooms have ever been cleaned...the dust was so bad little air got through. There was grime behind the sink faucets and along every edge in every bathroom. The crud was so thick in between where the kitchen counter met the sink! The HVAC filter was so nasty dirty and looks like it has not been changed in a year. I'm surprised we aren't sick breathing in all the dust and grime! -The white bath towels were stained with dark spots...so I bought a bottle of bleach and bleached every single white towel in the entire house (did that on day 2). -The sinks and tubs didn't drain. Had to stand in black moldy water just to take a shower. -The dust under the beds was so thick I honestly don't think the floors under the beds have been mopped in a year. When I reached out to Bob Foy about the cleaning and draining issues he told me that this is the "end of the busy season" and he would send his maintenance person and cleaning people over. Okay...so....the six g's I paid to rent this house for Thanksgiving week does not qualify for a clean rental because it's the end of the busy season?? Really?? I guess my $6K is worthless then? The cleaning people did come and try to clean the pink and black mold out of the showers / tubs. Maintenance person also came several times. PRO'S: -There were enough beds for everyone in the family. -The heated pool was great. The kids swam every day even though the temps were colder this year. -The corn hole area in the back of the property was great and we enjoyed it. -Golf Cart and location to the beach was awesome -We enjoyed each othe

Perfect for large group

We loved so many things about this property - large kitchen, multiple bedrooms with attached baths, pool, porch, corn hole, outdoor seating and six-seater golf cart. It was a quick walk to the beach and we love the Pompano beach access. It has been updated with new decor and furniture which made it even better than what we were expecting. Would love to stay at this same house again in the future!

Great property for family vacation. The house was very spacious. Bedrooms are big and overall the house is very accommodating. Excellent location… about a block from the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus. Highly recommend. Hope to book this one again in the future.
