Amazing, luxurious & smart beach front vacation house + a guest house within a 14,500 square foot property. You can enjoy the gorgeous pacific ocean or have a drink by the pool. Sun bath in the pool on the built in beds while your kids in the shallow end. Or enjoy a drink at the in-pool bar.

The property is filled with perfectly designed yards and its located on the lovely Ruta del Sol inside one of the best private gated communities with volleyball & tennis courts.

This house is the perfect location for a family, friends, retreats or a romantic get away with a wide, soft sand beach and a warm, calm Pacific ocean.

The price includes transportation from the airport in Guayaquil to the house (approx. 2.5 hr trip) for max 8 people + smalls bags or 10 people no bags and a team of 4 service people to attend all of your needs.

1 cook that will prepare your favorite meals (food not included)
1 cleaning lady to keep the place spotless during your entire stay
1 tour guide / chauffeur / translator to take you anywhere you want to go (a van that will fit 10 people is included)
1 full time on location maintenance person to accommodate all of your needs such as setting up chairs and umbrellas at the beach, maintaining the exterior & the pool, order local fresh seafood from the local fisherman's to be prepared by the cook and much more...

fabulous beach house

my extended family went to olon for a wedding and rented this house - it was spectacular- right on the beach - immaculately clean/modern conveniences - wonderful staff who cooked and shopped for us - views of the pacific from every room - we played tennis on nearby courts - pam (the manager) was pleasant and responsive - it couldn’t have been better.

Amazing stay in Ecuador

This residence is truly amazing and exactly as advertised. The house is modern in style but also very comfortable. The staff were all excellent, timely and helpful. The owner, Pamela, was wonderful and communicative throughout the entire process from booking to completion. Everything was really perfect. We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Great beach house get away

My family traveled with my parents to the Galapagos and then over to the beach house in Olon. The home was just perfect for our needs and it could have accommodated another family or two. The house is first class with modern finishes, awesome sound system, state of the art pool/bar area and wonderful view of the ocean. Location was perfect and only minutes from anything you could need (food, shopping, surfing, nightlife). To top it all off the services were great, driver, maintenance, maid and cook were all so nice and helpful. Pamela (the owner), even made some local recommendations for an atv tour through a remote area. If you are looking for a good house for a family vacation, look no further, this place rocks!

You will have a great experience staying at this brand new recently built house with all of the bells and whistles. If you visit Ecuador I totally recommend visiting Quito the capital and the beach and experience the best of both worlds! :)

Why they chose this property

Some of my fondness memories were the time I spent at my family's beach vacation home. Since it was sold 10 years ago, I always dreamed of having one of my own. I patiently waited for the perfect beach front spot and bought the land and built my dream house. The house is equipped with all of the bells and whistles and comfort you can think off. I rent it because I live half of my time in Ecuador and the other half in Seattle, WA. When I'm in Ecuador everyone in my family is welcome here and we have great times.

You will have an amazing experience at this beautiful, modern house. The entire property has the latest technology with smart lighting and music. You can turn all of the lights on with 1 click, and listen to your favorite Spotify playlists outside while enjoying the gorgeous ocean views. This is not just a house, it's a complete experience where you will be able to absolutely relax in this beautiful place while being served by my personal team of service people that are there to attend to all of your needs.

Located 2 mins from the village of Olón where you can enjoy delicious, affordable seafood and drinks right on the beach. Olon is a super calm beautiful village with great little stores and hostals. Also it is only 5 mins from the world famous surfing beach and village Montañita.

Montañita is a cultural phenomenon, from its origins as a hippie beach destination in the 1960s to its present-day reputation as a surfing hotspot, Montañita Ecuador has been luring tourists and expats to its golden shores for decades. And with some of the country’s most lively attractions and colorful characters, it’s a place that’s guaranteed to keep even the most intrepid traveler on their toes. Its streets and shores are dotted with bars, clubs, and cabanas serving up the local brews.
