Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et spacieuse dans le quartier historique de Morningside.

Deux grandes chambres, deux grands espaces de vie, salle à manger intime, cuisine ouverte, salle de bain spacieuse.

Laveuse et sécheuse moderne dans la maison.

Un patio et une pergola spectaculaires font de la vie en plein air un plaisir. Une arrière-cour luxuriante et confortable en fait votre sanctuaire privé.

Abri d'auto pour votre petite voiture et beaucoup d'espace d'allée.

Quartier calme et convivial situé au centre; distance de marche de la baie, grande épicerie, deux hôpitaux (Dr's Regional & Driscoll Children's), restaurants, magasin à un dollar, salle de gym.

Moins de 30 minutes en voiture de la maison à la plage. 10 minutes à pied du front de baie, 5 de plus pour kid-magnet Cole Park. À 10 minutes du centre-ville, à 15 minutes des attractions de Concrete Street Ampitheatre, Whataburger Field, American Bank Center, parc aquatique Hurricane Alley, The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium. 10 minutes du centre commercial La Palmera et de nombreux restaurants. 30 minutes à N. Padre Island, à 40 minutes de Port Aransas. L'arrêt de bus est à un pâté de maisons.

J'ai rempli ma maison avec des œuvres d'art originales, des antiquités fonctionnelles, de beaux tapis - et AUCUN encombrement! La plupart des gens en entrant dans ma maison commentent la "bonne énergie". Vous allez adorer appeler cet endroit chez vous pour votre séjour ici à Corpus Christi. Comme nous disons ici; "Mi casa es su casa!" (ma maison est votre maison).
** S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE ** Pendant votre visite, je peux rester sur la propriété; dans la petite "casita" dans la cour arrière. Vous pouvez voir le bâtiment sur les photos du patio / pergola. J'ai une entrée privée à l'arrière de la propriété et je me suis assuré que je pouvais aller et venir sans envahir votre intimité. (Les portes françaises sur la photo ne sont pas utilisées.) Je peux être disponible pour toutes questions ou suggestions; sinon, vous aurez une intimité totale du patio et de la cour - c'est ma priorité!

A NOTER AUSSI: Il y a un chat résident! Elle quitte la maison avec moi, mais si vous avez de graves allergies aux chats, cela pourrait être un problème malgré le fait que la maison est très propre. N'hésitez pas à me téléphoner pour en discuter!

Lovely Stay

The home is exactly as photos show. Lots of interesting art, books and photos. Plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. Comfortable beds, nice shower and linens. Felt safe in the neighborhood and the location was perfect for our planned activities. Overall, a lovely stay.

Cozy & Colorful

We had the best stay, great location central to everything. Very artsy decor which we loved and the house was bigger than we thought. She has a true talent for interior design! Owner was so friendly and made us feel so welcome, she even gave us recommendations for places to go. Would absolutely stay here again.

A weekend away

An unique and quirky little property... a great older home with a ton of artistic touches. Brenda was an excellent hostess and she ensured to not make her presence known during our stay. It was a wonderful place to stay and all the amenities made it a comfortable spot for our family to gather.

Great accommodations, good location and terrific property owner.

Well-kept property both inside and out. Beautifully decorated, homey, cozy and private. All the comforts of home away from home. The owner was easy to talk to and gave my sister and I wonderful tips as to the best shopping and nearby restaurants with yummy food and restful atmospheres. We highly recommend Casa Calypso!

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We slept great!!! Kitchen was well equipped to make family meals and even to bake cookies. Was perfect to be able to work remotely while there as well. We would definitely plan to stay again on the future. Quick stay in corpus

Overall the location was great and the host was helpful but the decor was very strange with lots of nude images and the main bedroom smells very musty. Otherwise we definitely enjoyed our stay and being so close to the coast.

Great visit with Granddaughter

This was the perfect place for us to come and see our granddaughter. The house was very comfortable, great location/neighborhood and Brenda was very accommodating . A big plus was that my husband is on a walker and she had a shower chair. I would definitely recommend this home.

Secluded, peaceful, open and airy. Quaint neighborhood excellent for walking. Great for artist retreats - writing, music, etc., or a central base for exploring our wonderful Corpus Christi!

For the price of a (mediocre?) hotel, you can stay at Casa Calypso, a little bit of magic in the heart of Corpus Christi. From the moment you enter the front door, you will feel the peaceful vibe. I have created a private sanctuary of a house that I'm now sharing with travelers with an adventurous spirit. The backyard is truly a hidden delight; relax under the pergola or do some power-lounging in the hammock. Summer nights out there are entrancing. Or just sit on the couch in the a.c. and watch the birds out of the super-sized sliding glass doors. Prepare a meal in the open kitchen while visiting or watching TV. Have a romantic meal in the dining room surrounded by original art. Practice yoga or stretching in the big open front room. Or brush up on your piano playing skills on the baby grande.
