The property features a private pool and hot tub (pool is not heated), a fully enclosed back garden that is secure and private, and a private driveway for easy access. Guests enjoy lounging poolside, dining outdoors, and gathering comfortably across multiple living areas inside the home.

The full kitchen is well-equipped and includes an ice maker—perfect for refreshing beverages enjoyed by the pool—as well as a breakfast table with TV for casual meals. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen/breakfast area.

Upstairs, the study/master bedroom includes an elliptical workout machine for light exercise during your stay. The study also features a queen sofa bed, desk with computer monitor for comfortable remote work, and a mini refrigerator and sink for added convenience. Yoga mats are provided, and guests enjoy access to the furnished upstairs balcony overlooking the pool—a favorite spot for stretching, morning coffee, or winding down in the evening.

Downstairs, two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a full bath, with one bedroom offering a pleasant view of the pool and garden.

Sleeping arrangements include a king master bedroom upstairs with an adjoining study featuring a queen sofa bed, plus two downstairs queen bedrooms—offering comfortable flexibility for families or groups.

Located just one block from Ocean Drive, the home provides a scenic and direct route to downtown Corpus Christi, the Marina Arts District, and across the JFK Causeway to Padre Island and Mustang Island beaches.

About our property caretaker
For full transparency, Zach, our caretaker, occupies a separate studio apartment at the rear of the garage with his own private entrance and parking. He does not share any indoor or outdoor guest spaces and will not access the home or enclosed garden during your stay unless requested.

Zach maintains a discreet presence and is available solely to support the property should assistance ever be needed. He looks after both of our nearby properties, which are separated by a large garden lot that is available for your use if you wish, including additional outdoor space for walking or exercising pets.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval, and the fully enclosed garden provides a secure outdoor area for them to enjoy.
