You can take FREEBEE Rideshare (4:00 p - 11:00 pm), ride bikes, or walk to the popular area restaurants and outdoor bars or over the bridge to the downtown beach area restaurants for that great old Florida feel and enjoy the beautiful stretch of beach.

We are located in Deerfield Beach, across from Deerfield Beach Conservation Island; enjoy the privacy of a waterfront seasonally heated pool home with views of Conservation Island wildlife! Look down, you may see a Manatee, look up, you may see an Osprey. Bring your fishing pole and you might just catch a Jack Crevalle, a Snook, or a 100 lb Tarpon. For fishing, if the ocean is your game, we are very close to the Boca Inlet. Bring your boat and tie up to our 40 ft. dock. Also for your entertainment, use our kayaks or paddle boards and explore the waters like the locals, or take our bikes and explore the local beaches. Island Beach House is located just moments from Deerfield Beach with all the amenities a beach town has to offer; restaurants & bars, pristine beaches, exercise paths, and more! Island Beach House is a contemporary home with an Indonesian flair that has been remodeled inside and out to provide a relaxing and upscale getaway. Our open floor plan provides views of the waterway, dock, and the 40' Seasonally Heated Salt Water Lap Pool area as soon as you open the beautiful glass front double doors! Inside, enjoy a game of pool with your friends on our brand new billiard table, or cook a delicious meal in our gourmet kitchen. Island House offers 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms and heated Pool shower next to the pool. Our spacious Bedroom Suite has a king size bed, and on the opposite side of the house are 2 Guest bedrooms with queen size beds. One of the queen beds has a trundle pull out bed as well. The house is packed with amenities including a 65” TV in the living room equipped with Bose Surround Sound, a 55” TV in the master suite, and a 40” TV in the guest room. Our master suite hall of mirrors offers two walk-in closets and white lacquer linen and bath towel storage cabinets leading to the bathroom spa. Enjoy the luxurious jetted tub, oversized shower, and double vanity sinks. In the opposing wing, both guest bedrooms have queen size beds and are connected by a Jack N’ Jill bathroom. Conveniently, there is also a ½ cabana bath at the poolside entrance. The stunning outdoor entertainment area completes this dream setting, where Coconut and Christmas palms are rooted under a lava stone border and you can relax or swim in our 40ft long seasonally heated pool. Following your dip in the pool, rinse off in our heated outdoor shower. Your family and guests will enjoy our Custom Built Seminole Tiki Hut, seating area includes 2 café tables with 8 chairs, outdoor glass-top café table and relaxing couch, 2 chairs and a barbeque area. Professional landscaping is featured in the front and back while the outdoor living space boasts the beautiful new 40' Heated Salt Water Lap Pool, expansive patio for lounging and outdoor eating. Outdoor LED lighting lights up the front yard and backyard at dusk. A well lite dock with both lamp post lighting and solar lighting completes the space. Bring your best recipes for barbequing & have some fun! Head to the beach, lounge by the Pool, have happy hour on the patio or walk to the many outdoor restaurants that offer half price happy hours!

This Beach house is set up as a beach house getaway! Everything you need for a stress-free beach holiday is provided for you! Just bring your swimsuit & flip-flops. We provide a cooler, pool/beach towels, beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, pool floats.
Waterway/Intracoastal fun - 4 single kayaks + 1 tandem kayak, 2 paddle boards and
3 bicycles are provided for your use while you stay with us! Ride the bikes down to the beach and explore all that Deerfield has to offer ! Take the kayaks over to Capone island on a Saturday or Sunday 9:00 am to 5 pm and explore the nature trails and the Island's old Florida history.

Please inquire with owner/Property Manager prior to booking for pricing. Owner requests that boats are not be used as additional living quarters.
