One of the best things about this complex is its central location to everything. You can literally walk to almost anything in Breckenridge. There is a grocery store located right across the street, a dog park about 3 1/2 blocks up, a liquor store right across the street as well as restaurants, bars and shopping right out your front door. All of Tannhauser units are stocked nicely with most of what you will need during your vacation in Breckenridge, and if there is something lacking, just inform the friendly staff, they are always willing to help. The Views from almost all of our units are spectacular. You are able to see the 10 mile range from most of our units. Enjoy this affordable downtown lodging location now

You have the most amount of flexibility staying in the downtown area, as you can walk to the slopes as well as the restaurants, shopping and activities. Catching a free shuttle is also an easy more relaxing way of getting around. With a grocery store right across the street you are able to take full advantage of the fully stocked kitchen but can also access all of the wonderful restaurants right out your front door.

Stayed just before Christmas with family. Great setup for 5-6 people. Walk to lifts was very easy with two kids (ages 10&12). Easy access to Main St a huge plus. Restaurants, grocery store and shops right out the front door.

We could not have asked for a better location. Right off Main St. We were able to walk to everything in Breck. The condo's interior looked like new and was spotless. The refrigerator broke, but it was fixed the next day. We will definitely stay here again!

very clean and well stocked. beds were very comfy. everything was laid out very well. wish we would have had 2 bathrooms but that was my fault for not paying attention. but walking out the door to multiple coffee shops, places to eat, bars, shops, etc. you name it and you can walk to it.

Additional information about rental rates
All bookings are non-refundable. All requests by the Tenant to cancel this lease must be in writing to Range View Rentals and are subject to the property re-renting. All monies paid will be retained until the property is re-rented at full price. If the property is not re-rented for the full price, the difference will be due from the Tenant and/or deducted from the deposit. Tenant is responsible for the full balance if property is not re-rented. There is a minimum $100/condo cancellation fee that will be charged only if the property is re-rented.
