Great location and great view. Everything was as described we had no issues with checking and no issues while we were on our stay. We would come again.

Dark, dirty and noisy room.

Spent as little time as possible in the unit as it was unpleasant. From the lack of lighting, the dirty and dusty cabinets to the loud dehumidifier and A/C unit overall it was a letdown for the price we paid. The furniture, cabinets, art work and overall unit needed a 20 year update. Owner could of spent 1/3 of what I paid for the unit and made a HUGE improvement. Will not rent a VRBO for a long time after this experience because the pictures did not represent what we got.

Fun in South Beach

Condo was roomy, well-appointed (the bed was great!), and with an ocean view. Location is perfect for walking the coastal trail, going to the beach, and accessing South Beach deco area and restaurants. Our one concern was with pool area construction at the building: every morning at 8am the noise began and continued all day. We would rent this unit again, but only after construction was finished.

Wonderful Stay!

This apartment was perfectly equipped with everything needed, clean and bright including beautiful views of the ocean. Τhe Roney / 1Hotel amenities were great! We can’t wait to return!

Great Location but property construction a big inconvenience

Great location and shared hotel amenities were 1st class. A quiet unit overlooking a shared pool that was undergoing a major renovation during our stay. Nice view of the ocean, but no balcony to really appreciate it.

5-star Paradise

I had a wonderful stay with my family in this beautiful property. The apartment was perfect for my family of four. The ever present ocean view constantly reminded us that we were in paradise. The amenities at The Roney / One Hotel were first class. We had all the advantages of a VRBO (fully outfitted apartment), coupled with the luxury of a great hotel. The location is the best — walkable both to South Beach and Mid-Beach. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

Great stay

Great views of the ocean, beach and pools. Easy access to South Beach. The place was very nice and as expected. We would stay there again.

A week at the Roney!

A wonderful experience at the Roney. The location is perfect...so close to everything and you couldn't ask for a nicer condo...the beach and pool are just steps away and from the moment we walked into the unit, it felt like home...so much nicer than staying in a hotel! The unit is clean, comfortable and well maintained...I hope it will be available for a future trip to Miami. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Simply Wonderful

As a hard working individual, I truly appreciate a great vacation and that it was. From the hosts to the lovely amenities of the One Hotel and the overall location, and quiet condo, you can't go wrong. Everything was arranged as expected and the entire week was delightful. Thank you for the great hosting job and genuine concern for us to enjoy our vacation, we certainly did and will return. In closing, I had a bad experience with airbnb and their wrongful hosts. Spectacular View of the Ocean!

Everything was great during our stay at the Roney! Condo was very comfortable and clean, and the amenities and location can't be beat! There are 3 pools plus the roof top, several restaurants right in the hotel attached to the building, and it's within walking distance to Lincoln and Ocean Drive! We would love to return and stay in this fabulous condo again! Thank you so much!

Fabulous location!! A++

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying in the condo for New Years. We had just returned from a 17 day cruise and decided to stay for a few extra days. The location was great, right on the beach. There is a great view of the ocean and the sunrise. The kitchen is well equipped, we ate most of our meals in. The cable car bus (free) stops right outside the door, so no need for a car. It is also walking distance to the famous art deco district and we spent a wonderful afternoon exploring that area. We spent a fair amount of time at the pool. Towels are provided, but you need to sign for them and return them when done or you get charged. The pool staff and security are all very friendly. We would recommend and stay again if in the area. The owner replied promptly to any enquiries we had.

Superbe appartement avec magnifique vue sur la mer

Appartement très bien agencé avec superbe cuisine très bien équipée avec grand réfrigérateur congélateur, distributeur d'eau et de glaçons, four, four micro-onde et grande plaque de cuisson et belle table à manger. Il y a aussi un coin salon très sympa avec canapé d'anglé. Jolie salle de bain avec 2 vasques et baignoire. Une chambre avec un très grand lit et grande télé écran plat. Machine à laver et à sécher à disposition sur le même palier. Appartement très bien situé car juste en face d'un supermarché ouvert 24/24 et très proche des restaurants et divers magasins. Pour ceux qui aiment sortir, plusieurs clubs et boîtes de nuit à quelques minutes à pied. De plus, le propriétaire à été très sympathique et très avenant. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I had a great stay in the condo. Everything was as pictured and described. The owners have thought about everything when designing the apartment, the kitchen was super functional and stocked with all the essential cookware. The location is perfect, walking distance to lots of great restaurants and nightlife, right on the ocean with pool service and beach at your footsteps. The building has all the useful amenities, valet parking, laundry room on each floor, and of course the pools and restaurants from the hotel are a huge plus. Highly recommend this apartment and looking forward to return next time in Miami.
