This a fully furnished spectacular 4,000 SF custom-built property with beautiful landscaping all around the home; with 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, a Great Kitchen for Entertaining. This Beautiful Home is Professional Cleaned to today's demanding standards. Three level home and two- story Living Rooms with gas fireplaces. Two Bars one up stairs one downstairs. Family Entertainment Room with a beautiful gas fireplace and Theater Room with surround system sitting Bar. Huge out door patio for entertaining with a Massive Fireplace, lots of sitting , Hot tub and two dinning tables with umbrella also you count with two grills to speed your grilling when entertaining.
In the evening, relax by the fire place enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, or coco, or enjoy our hot tub. At night the stars are bright and plentiful. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and early morning sunrises. It is only 11 miles from the Air Force Academy and 17 miles from Colorado Springs air port.
We want to be flexible during Covid so if you need to reschedule due to Covid then you have 12 months from your reservation date to reschedule.
If you are concerned you may purchaded travel insurance through CSA travel protection through VRBO.

It truly is a majestic home. It's beautiful, fully loaded with imenities, extremely clean, great hot tub, beautiful patio with grills, lounges and beautiful table and chairs. The six bedrooms were great for our family of ten adults. It is a dream home away from home. Host was also easy to work with if needed.

The house is big and very clean. Great kitchen for cooking and an excellent yard for our dog and the grandkids to run around in. We would definitely come back to the house again if the need arises for us to stay in the Colorado Springs area.

Family gathering to attend Parents’ Weekend at USAFA

Great place to stay with a family or large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out and have a comfortable stay. House is 25 minutes from USAFA and even closer to airport and downtown Colorado Springs. House has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. Back porch with hot tub and fireplace is a great place to hang out. House is very clean and well maintained.

Thumbs up! This was a family stay of 8 people and there was still plenty of room. Back yard was great and we really enjoyed grilling and the fireplace. The owners were great from the start. Very agreeable and accommodating. As an example: we asked where the best place to get some firewood would be; then a barrel of wood and firestarter show up.For us, the location was good. Close to grocery stores, etc... so we could get everything we needed, but it is a bit of a drive from downtown Colorado Springs and the majority of the tourists sites. To be clear, not an issue for us at all, but if you are looking to be directly downtown, that's not Peyton.In summary, we enjoyed our stay greatly. Of a place that is all positives, the backyard is the winner. We spent the majority of our time there. Would recommend!

My extended family came for my daughter’s graduation and I needed extra space for them to sleep so I rented this beautiful house. It worked perfectly for what we needed and my family felt like they got the red carpet treatment, the home is amazing and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend it.

Family vacation

This home worked great as a base camp for all of our excursions. The house was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Zero complaints. We were initially planning on having 11 people total, but three cancelled. With the couples sharing a room, all the kids ended up having their own room. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a nice touch as well. You can tell that the homeowner really loves this home. Our group tried to take care of it like it was our own.

Excellent and Cozy Get-Away Home!

This was the first of our group's get-away weekend from Friday to Monday. We were a group of 5 couples (10 people). We had one room each for each couple, which made it very lovely, with a huge living room for relaxation. The house has everything we needed from kitchen to dining to BBQ on Sunday night to the cool Jacuzzi. It is a central location to shopping, Sand Dune, Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods, etc. This is a cool location with quiet neighborhood. Everybody in my group enjoyed the stay. The customer service was good, except some misunderstanding about the check-in and check-out times. If the check-out time can be revisited by VRBO listing to allow customers have more time to check-out, that will be very nice. I will recommend this property to friends and family. And if the opportunity arises, I will re-rent this property.

Everything we needed

Several members of my family stayed at the house for my daughter's graduation from the Academy. It is a beautiful house that easily handled all of us. The house was a bit further from the Academy than I had hoped, but that was related more to traffic from graduation week than the actual distance from the Academy. One of the reasons we chose this house was that we could use the garage in case of inclement weather, rather than having everyone trek through the house. The garage did have a lot of stuff in it so the area was less than I had hoped but it still worked great. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was well stocked with anything that we may need. The backyard was awesome! We did spend time out there between rain storms, enjoying the fireplace, visiting and playing cornhole. Communication with the couple that manages the house was terrific. They were quick to respond to all of the questions I had and were very accommodating. All in all, it was a great week at the house. A special thank you to Wendell for patiently answering all of my questions before, during and after our stay.

USAFA Parents Weekend

Well suited for our extended family coming in to enjoy Parents Weekend for the United States Air Force Academy where our son attends. It is approximately 30 minutes from USAFA which is a little farther than we would have liked, but the home had enough beds to accomodate our family in comfort. There was slight communication error with the property managers and owners on check in that was quickly resolved and the owner of the property went over everything thoroughly. The kitchen is well equipped, the only suggestion to the homeowner would be to possibly add a can of cooking spray to the pantry as that is the one thing we forgot to pick up at the store. Many other other homes that we have stayed at provide that so we did not even think about the cooking spray.... Other than that no complaints at all!
