Luxury vacation home in SW Cape Coral with beautiful electric heated pool and spa surrounded by tropical landscaping including multiple palms. Our Villa Portofino is located in SW Cape Coral with close proximity to Cape Harbour and offers fantastic amenities to make your stay enjoyable as well as memorable.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath with pool access, family room with big screen cable equipped TV, formal living room, formal dining room seating for 6, beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar, kitchen island, breakfast nook, all overlooking the beautiful pool and deck through large, mitered glass windows.

Very large master suite with vanishing sliders to pool deck, large walk-in closet, writing desk area, ceiling fan and king size bed. The master bath has a corner garden tub, dual vanities, and large walk-in shower.

The three other guest bedrooms offer: queen bed, queen bed, and two twin beds, and share the second bath with shower/tub combo. The villa also has a half bath with pool access.

The pool deck is one of a kind tropical experience with electric heated pool and spillover spa, natural stone decking and rock formation waterfall. The pool deck can be accessed from the master bedroom, pool bath, formal living room, kitchen as well as from the family room. The large pool deck has a very private lanai with two seating areas and BBQ gas grill. Perfect for entertaining and to enjoy the Florida weather!

The house is situated on one of Cape Coral`s wide gulf access canals only a short distance from Cape Harbour by car or boat. The dock area has a Tiki Hut, and boat dock (Lift not available to guests). The back yard is partially fenced-in.

Additional amenities include: Wireless High Speed Internet, Cable TV, tropical landscaping with lots of palm trees, 2 car garage, small rock pond in front yard as well as our outstanding customer service.

Very Nice House

We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Portofino. The house was in excellent condition, it was very clean, well maintained, and gorgeous home inside and out. We loved the location as well. It was great for running, walking and biking. On one of the days we saw manataee in the canal behind the house. Having the canal/boak dock was fantastic. We boated one day and access to get out of the canals is pretty quick. We would rent this house again in a nanosecond.

Wonderful rental home in Cape Coral

We stayed at a rental home through SeaStar for the second year in a row as a winter break before Christmas to get away from the cold in the Midwest. This home has everything you need to be comfortable and have an enjoyable vacation. The pool is amazing. While it does not include Kayak's, if you want to Kayak around the canals there are several rental companies available in the area that will deliver and pick up Kayaks. It's also close to grocery stores, so everything you could possible leave is within a 5-10 minute drive. We never leff the home except for Kayaking in the canals, a tiki boat cruise, and grocery shopping because it was so enjoyable.

Lovely property, safe neighborhood, and perfect if you want a quiet getaway. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Would definitely go back.

Celebrating 25th wedding anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Portofino. We really liked the openness of the house. Sliding glass doors off the living room, sitting room and master bedroom opened to the back area which was very nice. We especially loved the private pool and spa, spending most of our days relaxing in the pool and evenings in the spa. We will definitely return!!

Place was clean, a tad out of the way but also nice just for that reason. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood. There’s a neighbor who’s a tad passive aggressive. I left the garbage cans on the curb as it made it easier to find the place at night vs driving slow with the headlights on ditirbing people. Someone kept dragging them in front of my truck and tipping them over. That’s a tad childish. Otherwise it was a great stay, wish I could’ve stayed longer

The place was very nice in appearance. However , The water in the shower I would consider warm but definitely not hot. The pool was around 75 degrees and yet it was set for 85-90 and never even came close . The temp outside was 75-78 every day and sunny. I felt like the heater was not really operating for the pool . The hot tub was warm but no t hot like a hot tube should be. The house was very clean and spacious.

This home was amazing.

This home was amazing. Four bedrooms with two on each side we never felt cramped. The back den was a great place to unwind at night. The A/C worked well. Wifi was excellent all over the house as well as pool area. The pool was simply amazing from the plants around it to the real rock walls. The filter control pad was easy to use and heated where ever and whenever we wanted. The temps in South Florida so we didn't use the hot tub control much. We fished from the dock area and caught many different types. The water is salt water in this area of the canal. We went to Sanibel Island twice, Napa and even Fort Myers beach for fun. Its not far when you think of the adventure. Overall we loved the home so much we checked out Model homes in the area as a place we may want to retire to in future years. Florian was awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Thank you!!!

Paradise in Florid

This house was amazing!!! Best place we have stayed at yet. Everything was perfect. The rooms , the pool, the back yard and back dock with the tiki hut. Perfect place . Was absolutely amazing!!! Can not say enough good thinks about this house!!!

Relaxing vacation

This was a beautiful house and the pool/patio was very pretty. It was very clean and easy to get to local restaurants and Ft. Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. This was a good vacation.
