Tranquil Oasis

The property was absolutely stunning and luscious! The corner lot gave you continual views of the water! The pool and hot tub were amazing. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here for my husband's 40th birthday as there was plenty of room for everyone! My little cousin even caught his first fish!

Great house in fantastic location

My family stayed in this beautiful home for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The canal views were gorgeous, the pool was very large and a warm temperature, the house was spacious and the location was great! Lots to do in Cape Coral and a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel, etc. Highly recommend!

Perfect adventure

We had a great time here. The house and the pool were perfect. Plenty of space in the house to have dinner together or to have some down time alone. The pool is a great size! We have 4 adults and 4 kids in the pool playing games. The property has it all. We picked fresh Star fruit and had multiple animals come to visit. We had an iguana and a few ducks and of course the cute little lizards. We also rented a boat and the trip out to the gulf is short. Thanks again everything was amazing!!

Great property and Pool

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and lush, green trees, fruit trees and flowers around the large property. Very private. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything you can imagine. Furniture is comfortable and well used. Loved the pool. Amenities listing should be updated. Hot tub did not work. No TV outside. The one bed is a twin in with the Queen. The overview lists 5 Queens. Be careful of step down in two bedrooms. We will return.

Cape coral

Very relaxing, quiet 3-week stay. Loved the pool. Back yard view was beautiful. Inside was extremely comfortable, well decorated w everything we needed. Lots of space for family and friends. Great book selection and board games. Access to internet and many TV movie stations. Some particulars need improvement: trash bins had no lids. Due to frequent rain showers, recyclables and trash floating in unsightly mess. Bins desperately need to be replaced! Washing machine should be cleaned/sanitized, particularly detergent drawer…was rather nasty. Dryer door was stubborn to close properly. Bath tub and bath drain should have been cleaned prior to our visit. Old hairs clogged the drain and dead bugs were in tub. Frig ice maker didn’t work. Coffee pot had thick mold growing in grinder. Kayaks appeared to have been sitting out in the elements for years. They weren’t useable. Area still recovering from effects of Ian. Local Yacht Club and many beach front attractions at Fort Myers, still closed. Despite everything I’ve said that is negative, these are easy fixes. Perfect location for relaxing family gathering

Miserable Experience

1.Checked in a day early to find pool pump cracked and leaking water, hot tub not working and no 4k smart tv in the very misleading description of the house.2. Pool pump repaired in a reasonable time. Confirmation from Roelens that hot tub will not be repaired and probably will not work during our stay and TV status still unknown.3. 5th day into our stay, the water was shut off by the City due to past due balance. No use of showers or toilets for the family for a few hours. YUCK!4. Cordless vacuum didn't work. Personally cleaned all the hair and dirt out of it to get it in working order.5. Also cleaned and got in working order the coffee grinder and brew. Over stuffed and fully clogged with coffer grounds.6. Dishwasher took a dump. Repairman came 5 days after notifying property manager at Roelens. Just what you want to do on vacation.........DISHES:(7. Still no outside TV. We rented the house hoping to watch the Super Bowl outside. No such luck.8. The description of the house mentioned "tropical haven" "lush landscaping" supposedly maintained by a professional that comes once a week. Far from it.There were big weeds growing out of the raingutters if that gives you an idea.9. Overall the property manager was of little help and very unresponsive. 10. We kindly asked for a reimbursement from Roelens since the home and amenities were not as advertised let alone the inconvenience. 11. They offered an insulting 500 which is still pending.Review is written by husband

After reviewing your concerns, we must respectfully disagree with several points you raised: 1. **Pool pump**: There was no issue with the pool pump at the time of check-in, and no leaking or damage was reported. 2. **Hot tub**: The hot tub was fully operational, and there were no indications that it was not functioning during your stay. 3. **Water shut-off**: The water shut-off issue was not caused by us, but by the city's past-due balance, which is beyond our control. 4. **Vacuum**: The cordless vacuum was in working order prior to your arrival, and there was no indication of malfunction. 5. **Coffee grinder and brew**: Both were properly maintained, and no issues were reported before or after your stay. 6. **Dishwasher**: The dishwasher was in working order, and no issues were reported prior to your arrival. 7. **Outdoor TV**: The property description clearly stated there was no outdoor TV. 8. **Landscaping**: The property is well-maintained, and regular professional landscaping services are performed as scheduled. 9. **Property manager**: Our team was responsive and available to address any questions or concerns during your stay. Great Family Getaway.

We booked this home for a family vacation for our two girls and their family's. It's our yearly family vacation. We had more than enough room for all of us. The mango fruit tree provided mangos for every day. The pool was great the grandkids loved swimming every day. We will rent this home again if it's available.

Wonderful retreat. Beautiful views and private lot

This home is a wonderful retreat away! Close to everything - even walking distance to the Yacht Club and Tiki Bars, but also secluded and private. The bedrooms have beautiful views and the kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Definitely recommend!

Winter Escape

The reason we gave the 4 stars was due to a few problems we encountered the first few days we arrived. It was unseasonably cold for Fl, and the heat did not work ( the tech did come first thing after we called) next the pool was very dirty( tech came after we called but we lost 3 days of use) and the hot tub kept shorting out and we didn’t get to use that till mid week too. Jason did respond quickly but my guest fixed some of the problems himself. The rest of the week went smoothly and we loved the pool with outside TV and hottub. The kitchen had plenty of extras and the house was very comfy for a group of 6.

Great House

The description for this property doesn’t do it justice. The yard is HUGE. It is full of mature trees and plants. The house is also huge. 4 large bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. They also had tons of extra items in the pantry and garage.

Wonderful property!

As described, this home had everything a family needs to enjoy a tropical vacation. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our dogs enjoyed the extra large back yard. We enjoyed fresh mangoes, star fruit and key limes from the trees in the yard and highly recommend this property for families with children and pets. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Exceptional property and owner communication

The beauty of the inside of this home was just as pictured. The home owners have prepared this home with every necessity to ensure guests have a seamless stay. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate daily cooking for a family of 6. My husband enjoyed the bountiful fishing while our son excitedly watched him reel in every catch from the pool. My mother and I swooned over the beautiful landscape adoring each different plant, flower, and tree as we meandered around the grounds. Each e-mail exchange and phone call I had with the owners increased our excitement as their hospitality and honesty were just what we were looking for when planning to make the 13 hour drive from NC to FL. The location of this home made grocery trips, dinner outings, and multiple beach/island trips a breeze. The recommendations of the owners to local sights, restaurants, etc. were spot on as our family has always shared the same love for Sanibel Island and authentic Indian cuisine. My family sincerely hopes to book this property for our annual trip to Cape Coral from now on.

Boating week with the family

Our family of 4 plus a little doggie had an amazing time. Quiet neighborhood, immaculate property. Close to everything easy access to the gulf by boat. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Superb hosts. Already planning on returning. Highly recommended!!!

Relaxing get away

We had a wonderful time at this well decorated and extremely stocked home for vacation with family. The house was very roomy we have a family of 5 and my Aunt and uncle can in too then we had cousins visit as well. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the temperature was wonderful my kids played in the pool most of our time here. The kitchen is well stocked and all kinds of spices to use when cooking can be found. Kayaks made for a extra fun time too. Close to a great deal of stores and restaurants as well. Great backyard to explore and great deal of wildlife was all around burrowing owls few homes down ducks came through the yard daily along with their chicks and we loved the lizards we found on the many trees in this yard. No need to buy any beach items they have you covered with beach chairs and towels and blankets too. Jason was easy to work with and responded fast to questions I had before arriving. Wonderful time had by all

Cape Coral Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property in Cape Coral. The property was great and the owner, Jason, went out of his way to make sure our stay was amazing. The house had apparently just been renovated and it was very nicely decorated, it was just perfect. The large lot the property was situated on was beautiful. There is a fully enclosed pool which had sliding glass doors to the house which opened to create a sense of indoor/outdoor living. Of course, the weather was beautiful during our stay. The whole experience was fantastic and we would not hesitate to go again.

Great Location and house

We stayed for a month and found the house as it was in the pictures, clean and comfortable. The house is well equipped with more cooking and kitchen equipment than you usually find in a rental. Pool was heated and warm. I would return to stay.

Very well thought out and attentive!

The house sits on a large corner lot so the kids enjoyed playing football in the yard. They even made a bocci ball game out of the coconuts. We enjoyed the star fruit and lemons from the trees onsite. The TV died on us while we were there, but Jason had a new one delivered and set up right away. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Jason and Billy were attentive and responsive. Great place to stay with kids!

Family Christmas 2019

Booked Christmas week to spend time with family, and we needed a place large enough for my family of 5, as well as to have area family over for Christmas dinner. The house was very comfortable and clean, with a yard large enough for the kids to enjoy outdoor games. Check in was a breeze and our host, Jason, is terrific. Not only did he ensure everything was set for our arrival, he had a Christmas trees set up with some welcome gifts for us under it. He even had coffee ready to go. We did have a minor glitch with a light fixture, which Jason immediately arranged to be fixed. Overall, a terrific house with an amazing, caring host. Will look to rent again next time we are in Cape Coral. Frank H.

Lovely home and peaceful setting

Loved this home. Beautifully decorated. Just under 30 minutes from airport. Close to Ft Myers and Sanabel. We could have sat by the pool all day. I will be back for sure. 💛
