Ocean Keyes 3425 is a well maintained beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor in a building that has an elevator. The condo looks directly out at the lake thus has amazing lake and sunrise views. This non-smoking condo sleeps 8. It has a master bedroom with a king bed, chair and TV. The master bath has a tub/shower combination and 2 sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed, chair and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. The second bath has a shower stall. Off of the living area is a screened porch with amazing lake font views. The living area also has a smart HD LCD Roku TV and a newer sleeper sofa. This condo is equipped with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and free Wifi.

Ocean Keyes is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Ocean Keyes is a prominent gated community with 6 outdoor pools, 6 outdoor hot tubs. several kiddie pools, tennis courts, and a sizable fitness center. There are several grilling areas for your enjoyment. The Ocean Keyes community is just a block away from the popular Ocean Drive area on Main Street and the ocean. There are several restaurants to dine at and shopping places to pick up a favorite souvenir on Main Street. Ocean Keyes is in a great location! It is close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and family fun. Just a short drive away is the popular Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater, Broadway at the Beach, Wonder Works, Ripley's Aquarium, Carolina Opry, and Pirates Voyage, just to name a few.

Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed. RVs are not allowed. This is a non-smoking rental. 2 parking spaces are allowed. Families only. No student groups.

Departure clean and linens (sheets, bath towels, and washcloths) are included in the total of this rental. You also get a startup package with toilet paper, paper towel, bags, etc. to get you going.

What a vacation!

Gerry was so nice and responsive from the moment we started looking for a vacation place! Condo was beautiful! Very clean! Pools were clean and plentiful! It was a short walk or drove to beach. Hope to return next year!

Great Ocean Keyes Condo!!!

Ocean Keyes is a beautiful well maintained community. We have stayed in several buildings over the past years this unit is top of the list!! Very clean and well managed. We walked to Main Street shops and pubs for a fun night out. Enjoyed the beach and coconuts tiki bar on 5th Ave north. Can’t wait to go back !!!

Very roomy, clean and well-maintained.

Owner very easy to work with. Condo is in a great location - the beach is a "short" 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. If it's not there, you don't need it. Always better to deal with an owner rather than an agent and especially here because the on-site rental agency charges about double what Gerry does.

Wonderful month, despite Hurricane Matthew!

We've just returned from a month in this beautiful condo. We love Ocean Keyes and would highly recommend it - and this unit in particular - to anyone heading to North Myrtle Beach. The condo is beautifully furnished, fully stocked and very comfortable, from the king size bed in the MB to the roomy balcony with its comfy chairs. Matthew was not predicted to hit the east coast when we arrived, but within just days we were facing a mandatory evacuation, so we were quick to comply and headed inland for a few days. Gerry could not have been more supportive or communicative while we were in "exile" - he sent us updates while we were away, during our drive back and after our return to the condo. The day after Matthew came and went, we returned to Ocean Keyes under beautiful sunny skies, and the weather was perfect for the remainder of the month. We are golfers and beach walkers, and there's no better spot than North Myrtle Beach for both activities. We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Thanks for everything, Gerry!

Exceptional experience !

This unit was exceptionally nice . Beautifully decorated , great view of the lake . We stay every year in Ovean Keyes for our vacation but this was the nicest unit .

Super nice Unit. We highly recommend. GLT services is very efficient from set up to "text" wake up on day of departure, & deposit returned the week we checked out.Unit is stocked with everything U will need. Great view of "Mother Ducks & Babies on the lake.Clean & well kept.1/2 doz. pools & walk or drive to Ocean front. Clean and comfortable condo

This was the second year in a row we stayed in this unit. It is very clean and well kept and has all the amenities you could ask for (FYI-the coffeemaker is regular style, not a Keurig). We love the peaceful, screened-in back porch overlooking the lake and the use of items in the beach closet. We had five adults staying in the three bedrooms and had plenty of room. The unit was very quiet during our two visits. It is possible to walk to the beach but it is pretty far. We took our car (or two) and used the ample free public parking at beach entrances located about a block from the Ocean Keyes south gate. We never had trouble finding a spot at one of these lots. (The larger public parking lot has public bathrooms and a place to rinse off.) The beach does have lifeguards, and, if you've never been to Myrtle Beach, let me assure you it is a really nice beach with soft sand and decent waves. The Ocean Keyes community amenities are nice--tennis courts and the pool/hot tub/fitness room were really close to the condo and not overly crowded. Ocean Keyes is super close to all the stores and restaurants you might want. We would stay again!

North Myrtle Beach - Ocean Keyes Resort

For the second year in a row, we enjoyed this absolutely beautiful, spacious condo! We enjoyed a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren here! We had everything we needed for our week stay. The gated community gives a true feeling of security and I do and will continue to recommend this condo for all families or couples. A week is just never long enough here at this wonderful Ocean Keyes condo and we all hated to leave at the end of the week! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!!

Another amazing winter at Ocean Keyes

My husband and I just got home from our 3 month stay at your beautiful condo. We really enjoyed all the upgrades. As always the condo was clean and comfortable. It really is our home away from home. The location is the best as we enjoy the local restaurants and shopping. Proximity to the beach couldn't be better. We even got to enjoy the pool this visit as the weather was wonderful. We already have started the process to rent the condo next winter. I think that pretty much reflects how much we enjoy staying there.

Amazing condo

Out family loves to vacation in North Myrtle Beach and prefer low rise buildings. We discovered the wonderful community of Ocean Keyes and soon after Gerrys amazing condo along the lake. His condo is clean, updated, colorful, bright, and made all of us so comfortable. We walked to the beach and we walked to Main Street. Its a great location. We highly recommend renting this condo! Gerry was great to deal with and answered all of our questions and then some. This is the place where we will come back year after year. Thank Gerry!

Taste of Retitement Living

The visiting family from England

My family and I have just returned home to the UK after spending a most enjoyable month at this Ocean Keyes condo. We found the condo to be beautifully presented, in an excellent position (overlooking the lake) within the gated community and ideally located to take advantage of the many attractions and facilities on offer in the North Myrtle Beach area. The condo is extremely well equipped and furnished. Our host, Gerry, is very approachable and readily provided information and responses to any queries. On site, Don was a willing provider of assistance as and when required. Thank you Gerry for the opportunity to share your "home from home" - we had a great time.

Nice Place, As Advertised

Our family stayed in this unit in August 2011. We had a very enjoyable stay. The place was exactly as advertised in the listing. The things we liked were: 1) The unit itself is in great condition. It is nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. It overlooks a nice lake at Ocean Keyes. 2) The Ocean Keyes complex is a nice place as well. It is well-maintained with lots of trees and manicured landscaping. It is a relaxing place to be. 3) Location - this is a good location in North Myrtle Beach. It's approximately a 2,500 foot walk to the beach, or you can usually finding parking at the beach if you want to drive. Also, it's close to lots of restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. I enjoyed dealing with Gerry. He was easy to work with and did what he said he was going to do. Our family would highly recommend this unit.

An awesome experience in North Myrtle Beach

We had a great time at the condo. Our stay was comfortable, we loved the decor and all the amenities that came with the property. The pools were great and such a short walk to the beach. It is close to all the attractions, but far enough away that you feel relaxed and seperated from the chaos. My daughters loved their own rooms and the two full bathrooms were perfect with five people. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home

Thanks Gerry for allowing us to rent your condo again this year for the month of April. ( We rented for April 2010 and April 2011) Once again we arrived knowing it was exceptionally clean and tidy.Thanks to Don and his wife. We love the location of the condo as we can walk to the beach or to shopping if we desire. Also we enjoy the quiet location away from the hussle and bussle of Myrtle Beach. We also enjoy the view over the lake from the balcony. We find this location very handy to many golf courses, Outlet shopping and restaurants.When we had children and grandchildren visit us we enjoyed using the pools,hot tubs and tennis courts. Having previously stayed directly on the beach in a highrise condo we much prefer this location for the privacy,peacefulness and friendly people in the complex. When you walk in the front door you immediately notice that the decor is warm and cosy. Thanks again to Gerry and your family and we look forward to our visit again next year for April 2012.
