Our fine 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom condo at Emerald Lodge is the perfect starting point for any Steamboat vacation. Just 2 blocks from the Gondola and served by a private winter shuttle, you have everything on your doorstep for a simply great vacation. Professionally decorated in a welcoming mountain style you'll find a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar ideal for entertaining large groups, quality stainless steel appliances, a 4-burner gas cook-top stove and luxurious wood cabinetry. There's also a granite drink bar with wine cooler in the dining area and the spacious living area allows your party to relax in comfort whilst basking in the glow of the feature gas log fireplace. This exquisite end unit enjoys a light and sunny aspect with views towards the Yampa Valley from the living area and sun drenched private balcony.

There are Mountain views from some of the bedrooms giving you the complete package! Four of the 5 bedrooms have luxurious ensuite bathrooms with tub and/or shower and a jetted tub and double shower in the master bathroom. There is also a 5th bathroom next to the 5th bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with plush bathrobes, luxury towels and bath products.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.

In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. Family vacation

We decided to do a last minute trip to Steamboat before Christmas! So happy that we found Simply Steamboat and this Emerald Lodge unit. We have a big family so this condo was perfect! Simply Steamboat staff was very helpful during our whole trip. Highly recommended!!

Family Vacation

A well planned family vacation at a wonderful condo. We loved staying at the Emerald Lodge. The unit is decorated family friendly, with a well equipped kitchen. We loved having all the rooms with a huge couch and plenty of chairs. This place is a dream vacation unit, with spa and pool available. We loved having the "happy hour" available to meet lots of new friends. The shuttle was available every single time we called, and so friendly and helpful. I will come back here every single time. Plus you can walk to the ski hill with in 5 - 10 minutes. Thanks for everything!

Great location, spacious condo

All as described. Great location - walking distance to the gondola. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Big great room attached to the kitchen. Nice view off of the patio. Pool and hot tub are one floor down - easy access. Ski lockers are convenient. We used the free shuttle multiple times a day to get to the mountain and in/out of town for dinner and drinks. Never waited more than 5 minutes. All good.

The accommodations were clean. Enough for 10 people. Shuttle was good. Maintenance was responsive to issues such as light bulbs needing replacement. There is an issue with temperature control with the unit. Some of the rooms were too hot and some there was not heat coming from the vents. A portable heater was provided for one of the bedrooms. The temperature consistently higher than the set temperature on the thermostat. We would Coolidge come back if the temperature control issue was fixed. Also it was odd to us that the room with the twin beds had the en-suite and not one of the queen rooms.

Some good- some bad

I first contacted this mananger/owner with some questions. I never recieved a response. I then contacted them thru another site and they replied. The area the condo is in is beautiful! It is 2 blocks to the gondola. The view from the condo is breathtaking! You enter into a parking garage to park and it is a very tight squeeze. We were in an extended van and found it difficut to enter. The condo is nice on the inside but has some issues. The ice maker did not work on the outside of the fridge. There is a large dining room table - which was one of my criteria for a condo. However, several of the chairs were broken upon our arrival. We called the management company to inform them and they told us that they already knew they were broken and that the owner knows they are broken. We were unable to use several of the chairs. The carpet in the dining room ( next to the kitchen) is very stained and dirty. The kitchen is supplied with great pans and dished. However, it has no basic cooking items. Not even salt and pepper. We have rented many condos over the years and this was a first for us. We had no trash bags or dishsoap upon arrival. I called to inquire if we were supposed to have these items. They said we were and brought them the same day. On Sunday and Monday we had no cable and internet. No idea why. With just a little TLC this could be an amazing condo. Beautiful area! Note- the shuttle does not run in the summer.

Nice family vacation

We stayed here with my adult children and grandchildren for a week in August 2021. The condo was just as described and the pictures were a good representation. The elevator was down for the first few days, but the property management group did a good job keeping us updated on the progress of the repairs. When I went to use the grill the propane tank was empty. I put a call in and it was replaced in about 30 minutes and we were back in business. There was plenty of seating for the family and the kitchen was a nice size for the cooking that we did. The pool and hot tub were just a few steps away, and each time we went we were the only ones there! The water in the pool was heated to a nice temperature, so despite some of cooler nights it was great to take a swim! Overall I would recommend to anyone considering this location!

The Best Vacation!

The Simply Steamboat staff was extremely responsive. Emerald Lodge's, 5 bedroom, 5 bath, was everything the pictures showed! The businesses that we were referred to in making our vacation memorable were the best. We were so close to the ski slopes and shuttles took us where ever we wanted to be. Steamboat Springs should be on everyone's list to visit and Simply Steamboat should help you plan your stay there!!
