Winter getaway by the beach
Escape the cold winters, welcome to our beachside condo in Cape Canaveral, Florida! Rent by the month or for the entire season.
Beautiful 1/1 CORNER condo unit on 2nd story/top floor, with lots of light, tiled floors and freshly painted.
Condo comes fully furnished, including linens, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, etc... With the queen bed in the bedroom, there is also a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room, that offers sleeping for a total of 4 people.
Rent includes all utilities - electricity, cable, wi-fi, water/sewer and trash. Clean and well maintained within a smaller complex complete with assigned parking, onsite laundry and a pool and lounge/sun area for your enjoyment.
The beach is just across the street~ YES, IT ONLY TAKES A 90 SECOND WALK TO GET THERE! So close, you can see the ocean from the door. Enjoy the sun, sand and waves at your disposal any time and we'll supply beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler.
The city park is a block away. About 3 blocks west (Behind) is the city library, tennis courts, racquet/hand ball courts, recreation center, police station, city hall, fire rescue and another exercise park. About a mile south is the famous Cocoa Beach pier, and just south of that is Ron Jon's. Restaurants abound within an easy stroll or quick car ride. Local grocery and liquor stores are also near by. Port Canaveral is also near by, where you can sail the Caribbean on one of several major cruise lines, or go deep sea fishing on one of the day or night fishing charters. There's also a casino boat that sails twice daily, afternoon and an evening cruise, to have a few drinks, some music and some gaming in international waters.
$2250 p/month May thru October, $2700for Nov and December, and $3300 p/month Jan thru April. Additional $125 cleaning fee, $89 for insurance, and 12% tax for stays less than 6 months and 1 day.
