Winter getaway by the beach

Escape the cold winters, welcome to our beachside condo in Cape Canaveral, Florida! Rent by the month or for the entire season.

Beautiful 1/1 CORNER condo unit on 2nd story/top floor, with lots of light, tiled floors and freshly painted.
Condo comes fully furnished, including linens, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, etc... With the queen bed in the bedroom, there is also a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room, that offers sleeping for a total of 4 people.

Rent includes all utilities - electricity, cable, wi-fi, water/sewer and trash. Clean and well maintained within a smaller complex complete with assigned parking, onsite laundry and a pool and lounge/sun area for your enjoyment.

The beach is just across the street~ YES, IT ONLY TAKES A 90 SECOND WALK TO GET THERE! So close, you can see the ocean from the door. Enjoy the sun, sand and waves at your disposal any time and we'll supply beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler.

The city park is a block away. About 3 blocks west (Behind) is the city library, tennis courts, racquet/hand ball courts, recreation center, police station, city hall, fire rescue and another exercise park. About a mile south is the famous Cocoa Beach pier, and just south of that is Ron Jon's. Restaurants abound within an easy stroll or quick car ride. Local grocery and liquor stores are also near by. Port Canaveral is also near by, where you can sail the Caribbean on one of several major cruise lines, or go deep sea fishing on one of the day or night fishing charters. There's also a casino boat that sails twice daily, afternoon and an evening cruise, to have a few drinks, some music and some gaming in international waters.

$2250 p/month May thru October, $2700for Nov and December, and $3300 p/month Jan thru April. Additional $125 cleaning fee, $89 for insurance, and 12% tax for stays less than 6 months and 1 day.

Convenient, Safe and Quiet

Well stocked, comfortable for two, good proximity to stores,restaurants and beach. Especially enjoyed watching rocket launches from beach. Quiet safe area for walking, very good beach access. Owner was very accommodating when we needed to avoid severe storms.

I Loved It!

This condo is just right for 2 people. A block from the beach! A wonderful section of Cape Canaveral. Safe, clean and lots of friendly people. I can't say enough how wonderful this stay in Florida was. And the pleasure of this condo was a big part of it!

Had a great long stay

I stayed here for 2 months in the summer. It’s a very nice condo with all the essentials such as dishes utensils towels beach chairs. Only issue was the AC went out one day but it was back up and running in just a couple of hours. Great host. Great stay.

Our Beachy Vibe Experience

Our July stay could not have been better. This condo is decorated with a beach theme. Everything we could possibly need for our beach vacation they had available for us. Beautifully decorated, laundry steps away, short walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely recommend to our friends back in Michigan. Was able to see a rocket launch right from the balcony. Zoe even contacted us during our stay to make sure all our needs were met! They were!

Great communications and responsive

Zoe is a wonderful host. She met us when we arrived and gave us a detailed amount of info about the property. She had provided a gift basket and other stuff to get started on our 5 week stay. There was an electric problem from at the building that turned out to be a power company problem. She sent someone right over and then she came and worked with the power company to get the problem fixedHer communications were excellent

Perfect Location

After our house sold so quickly we needed a place to stay asap. Since we only needed 2months, VRBO was the way to go. I came across this condo listing in Cape Canaveral which was perfect for our needs as it's just 2 adults. Zoe was awesome, she was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Actually our 1st day we accidentally locked ourselves out and her husband traveled back to let us in and never made us feel like it was a burden. The condo is located in a perfect location and very close to the Port and the Pier. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The condo itself is just as the photo's show. We found it clean and met all of our needs for our stay. We have moved to NC but will return to FL occasionally and hope to stay here again.

Amazing stay and incredibly hospitable rentor!

Zoe keeps a very clean condo with all supplies you will ever need from cleaning to kitchen to the beach. I loved my stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect location right next to the beach in Cape Canaveral, with about equal distance from the NASA sights to the Cocoa Beach pier. Zoe was also gracious enough to buy new equipment (Keurig, broom) to keep the condo up to standard. Great place and even greater and nicer hosts!!

Bridget was the kind of guest you always hope to have….she was courteous and thoughtful, and left our place in the condition she found it. She used our condo for 2&1/2 months and my husband and I were so pleased to see that everything was in place…..nothing broken, stolen and so happy that we wouldn’t need to spend days cleaning the place (even the refrigerator was emptied and cleaned)!! I would welcome Bridget back anytime and highly recommend her as a guest to anyone. 😊😊😊
