Épiceries, restaurants, vie nocturne, surf, sports nautiques et exploration de la nature sont à votre portée dans ce luxueux condo de l'île barrière.

Profitez des bruits de clapotis des vagues dans les mangroves dans ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes directement sur la rivière Banana et à distance de marche de l'océan Atlantique. Le condo est entièrement équipé avec des équipements pour salle de bain, cuisine et buanderie. L'établissement comprend un parking, des courts de tennis, une piscine, un bain à remous et un sauna. Des serviettes de plage et des chaises de plage sont disponibles au condo pour les clients. Veuillez les remettre au condo lorsque vous avez fini de les utiliser.

Le condo est situé au troisième étage accessible par des escaliers seulement. Il n'y a ni ascenseurs ni rampes. Les clients conservent un accès exclusif à l'ensemble de la copropriété, sauf pour le placard du propriétaire et le placard CVC où l'accès est restreint. Les clients entreront dans l'unité en utilisant un code fourni par le propriétaire pour accéder à la clé de la porte et à la clé de la piscine. Une caméra de sonnette est installée pour la sûreté et la sécurité des invités.

Les clients reconnaissent et acceptent que le propriétaire ou l'association des copropriétaires sont responsables de toute blessure, dommage matériel ou perte de propriété. Les invités reconnaissent et acceptent en outre d'indemniser et de dégager la responsabilité du Owner and Condo Association. Les clients reconnaissent et conviennent en outre qu'ils entretiendront et utiliseront correctement les nouveaux appareils et accessoires tels qu'ils sont destinés à être utilisés.

Nice condo. Host was responsive & helpful when we needed something or had a question. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony ! The pool was so niceeven on cooler sunny days.Cape Canaveral is a great location to the Port & the Beach. We would definitely stay again.

Cape Canaveral Peace and Quiet

Stayed at this quiet, safe, and friendly condo complex close to Port Canaveral. The host was professional, friendly and very responsive. The relative cost of the condo over the month was excellent and we loved the views of the Banana River from our bedroom, living room, and balcony. It was well equipped and comfortable.

Great view, great location!

This is my 3rd time here, still love the location, never get tired of the view. Cruise ships, rocket launches, beach, & great restaurants within 10 minutes - several within walking distance. Andres is wonderful to deal with. Def recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind walking up to the third floor (no elevators).

Summertime at the space coast

We are a family of 3 with teen daughter, spent 2 1/2 months at Andres’ condo . Peaceful, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed , kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy. Very quiet neighborhood, had no issues whatsoever. All of us are grateful, definitely will come back. Highly recommend

Great Location

This location was great. We were two couples and had a great time. The condo was clean, updated and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to communicate and facilitate a great visit. The condo community though older was clean, the pool and hot tub nicely maintained. The view out the back deck was just lovely. The birds and the bay were very relaxing. We were here only a couple of days but had some great meals at local places and was able to relax. Fully recommend this location, owner and rental!

Perfect retreat

Condo is clean, tasteful & functional without being cluttered. Comfy beds. Smart TV. Washer/dryer, microwave, toaster oven, ninja food processor, well appointed kitchen for cooking. Close to many restaurants & attractions. Balcony overlooking mangroves and river is quiet & amazing for wildlife & sunsets. Heated pool, hot tub & tennis courts are well maintained. Highly recommend.

Nice property

Overall a very nice property but with no elevator on the third floor difficult for people with mobility problems. Would be nice to have the patio screen in couldn't set out to enjoy the view because of the no see ums

Absolutely perfect rental

Another great stay in this condo. I love all the comforts here, but the view of the river is the biggest attraction for me! Even on a rainy or cloudy day, it’s so relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view! Great kitchen and supplies for cooking in which I prefer. Another extra I like is the community hose to give the car a wash now and then. Andres is the best host! Always responsive and accommodating. I will be back!

Wonderful place to stay for a month of snow birding. Not far from beach. Plenty of places to go walking. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for me who prefers to cook and eat in. Amazing sunset views. Great for a photographer like me with all the wildlife. I got to see all kinds of birds and also dolphin fishing and playing. Would love to come back again for my winter retreat from the cold up north. Andres was always quick to answer any questions I had.

Breathtaking sunsets!

Everything was perfect as described. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The heated pool and hot tub were very nice on days we didn't go to the beach. The other Condo residents were very friendly. The view from the terrace or living area was our favorite part of our vacation. Such beautiful sunsets, I took so many pictures! We stayed 6 weeks and enjoy everything about this Condo. The host, Andres was great and checked in on us to be sure everything was okay! We saw many incredible launches from the condo and from Jetty Park that was very close by. We also saw many Cruise Ships sail by as we were relaxing on the beach at Jetty Park! It was a great vacation, and we would certainly recommend this Condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area! We would love to return again!

Overall, Very satisfied. The positives 1st. Good location. 5 min drive to a fantastic beach. Free parking. Beautiful sunset. View on Banana River fantastic. Condo had everything needed. Furniture comfortable. Bed confortable. Condo Well equipped. I’m not a fan of internet TV. Balcony on Banana River. Only negative for us was no screen on Balcony, the little No See Um bugs were murder in morning and evening. They are hungry and waiting. Paid big price 1st day before realizing problem. But aside from this I would recommend and give a 4.6 overall rating.

Once again - a dream vacation!

My second time here and I love it just as much. So close to so many restaurants, beach, attractions, shops, space launches, etc. There is a paved sidewalk along the highway so you can actually walk or bike to many of these things - including an organic grocery store. Condo is clean, comfortable, and stylish without being cluttered. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs & towels, wonderful balcony facing west for wildlife watching and beautiful daily sunsets. Pool, hot tub and tennis courts are nice amenities. On 3rd floor with no elevator - no prob for me, but be aware.

Our stay

When we first arrived we were unsure of what to expect from the appearance, but once inside the condo we were in awe of the cleanliness and the view. We didn’t hear the neighbors or the beach crowd. We would stay here again.

Great time and location

Great time and location to watch the space launch. Go to the free beach and find parking. Beautiful beach close by. Clean and nice. Great hot tub. and pool On third floor with steps. 5th person sleeps on the couch.
