Spacious 3 bedrooms condominium with over 2175 sq. ft. of living space, and 475 sq. ft. of terraces, decorated with great taste, elegance and great comfort for the enjoyment of the entire family.

Cabrillo 801 offers 3 master suites fully furnished and beautifully decorated. For great sleeping comfort all the beds have king-size pillow-top mattresses.

Each of the bedrooms have their own full bathrooms offering great level of privacy for all parties staying in the unit.

There are separate a/c units with thermostats in each bedroom so everyone can achieve the comfort level they prefer for sleeping,

In between the two guests bedroom there is a very nice area kind of a lobby area with a queen size sofa and a television.

The extra-large fully-equipped kitchen and interior breakfast bar will seat many plus there is a formal dining and a sit-down bar on the northern patio on the kitchen side. The kitchen is fully equipped (with all appliances, dishware and silverware).

There are flat screen television in all three bedrooms and also a 55" television in the living room and a small TV in the lobby area. Wireless Internet and a Smart TVs add to your full enjoyment during your stay.

The living room also has a sofa bed with a queen mattress, an electric fireplace for both warmth in the winter and ambience.

The condo is equipped with a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer.

There are two terraces, one which offers beach views, off the living room and one with mountain and golf course views off the kitchen.

The resort offers many pools, Jacuzzis, Lazy rivers, a water slide, some palapas on the beach for guests, a convenient store, several restaurants and pool bar / restaurant, security 24/7, room service, kids’ corner, a workout room with many different exercise machines and weight lifting, an 18 holes golf course with its club house. This condo is a "golf condo" which offers a discount on the golf fees to $35 for a round of golf and early booking for better tee-times.

We have cable TV and Internet, Wi-Fi in the unit, some movies and games for your intertainment. WiFi is located in the kitchen on the back of the phone or router.

We offer the owner rates which is the best discounted rate you can get for reservations at Las Palomas.

We are an authorized rental with the resort therefore while you stay in our condo you get all the benefits the resorts has to offer, including bracelets for the pools, daily cleaning of the condo. We would love to have your imput please let us know how you have enjoyed your stay.

Check in/out is at 4:00pm (checking in) and 11:00am (checking out) at the Phase 2 lobby front desk. There will be an attendant present to give you key cards and wristbands.

Amplia propiedad con 3 dormitorios y más de 2175 sq. ft. de espacio habitable y 475 sq. ft. de terrazas, decorado con muy buen gusto, elegancia y gran confort para el que lo disfrute toda la familia.

Cabrillo 801 dispone de 3 recamaras "master" con su propios baños, esta totalmente amueblado y muy bien decorado. Las camas tienen colchones extra grandes con pillow-top. Cada una de las habitaciones tienen sus propios baños ofreciendo
un gran nivel de privacidad para todas las partes que permanezcan en la unidad. Hay unidades de a / c con termostatos independientes en cada habitación para que todos puedan alcanzar el nivel de comodidad que prefieran para dormir. En entre el dormitorio dos huéspedes hay una zona muy bonita especie de vestíbulo con un sofá cama y un televisor. La cocina es muy amplia y totalmente equipada y con barra de desayuno y un comedor formal.. La cocina está totalmente equipada (con todos los electrodomésticos, vajilla y cubiertos). Hay televisión de pantalla plana en los tres dormitorios y también una "televisión de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar y un pequeño televisor en el vestíbulo. El salón también tiene un sofá cama con un colchón de matrimonio, una chimenea eléctrica, tanto para el calor en el invierno y el ambiente. El apartamento está dotado de una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. Hay dos terrazas, una que ofrece vistas a la playa, frente a la sala de estar y una con vistas a la montaña y al campo de golf fuera de la cocina.
