2022 Consider our property for your close and intimate wedding for friends and family. Perfect for 50 guests or less.
All dates show on calendar as booked so we can be sure to be available for you. Inquire via email if dates are available for your celebration.
Large kitchen for catering prep, indoor space for many. Use the large master suite for wedding preparations. Use either the back patio and porch or pool for cocktail hour. Wedding rehearsal and wedding included in price.
Plenty of parking.

2021Four bedroom, two story farmhouse easily sleeps 8, 10 with couch or air mattress. Newly renovated master bedroom suite and en suite bath with large walk in shower and soaking tub. Memory foam, firm king mattress and Xfinity Comcast TV (Roku). One additional king and two queen rooms also have memory foam and Xfinity TV.
Kitchen has large electric 5 burner stove and double ovens, new laminate flooring in eat in kitchen with island seating and breakfast nook for expanding dining to accomnodate 8, additional formal dining room can seat additional 8 guests.
Large outdoor fireplace on patio overlooks the farm and is quiet and provides privacy.
Edison bulb outdoor lighting extends the use of outdoor space well into the evening. Wine barrels scattered around the outdoor space also allows for gatherings. Outdoor kitchen and herbs (lavender, mint (Mojito), oregano, thyme) are available.
We are in Fauquier County - 20 minutes from interstate roads that take you easily to Washington, Leesburg, Alexandria and Fairfax, or continue south to Charlottesville (2 hours) or stay local with a 10 minute ride into Warrenton and enjoy small town charm and the farmers market on Saturday mornings. The WARF (Warrenton Aquatic and Recreation Facility is also in town and has indoor fitness and pool for fun or laps and an amazing plays pace for kids and sports fields, skateboard park.
Fauquier and Warrenton are home to at least 20 wineries and 5 brewery or distillery.

If peace, quiet and escape from the city in the midst of the pandemic is what you are searching, our private patio and grounds overlooking our farm with cows is just what is ordered. Cows in the pasture are friendly and love to be fed bread and will eat it from your hands.
Perfect for sipping wine around the pool with warm fire, horseshoe pit.

Owners (Karen & Doug) built the home in 1996. The home is built on the family farm and overlooks the 200 acre farm that still grows crops and pastures with cows. Residents of Fauquier county since childhood.
Raising three boys the home has been the site of all the extended family gatherings because of the spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces. The areas provide plenty of area for everyone to spread out and relax, offering many different places to sit and relax.
Our boys are off to college and the home was built for friends & family! The house was built for family celebrations and vacations and placing it on the rental market allows the home to be used as intended for families and memories to be made.
Owner maintains intermittent residence in basement apartment.

Why they chose this property
The property is named Pineapple Hill representing our Southern Hospitality. We love to have our house used for family and friends and for our guests to make memories. Our family always used this home for holidays, birthdays and other celebrations. The large farm property has been in the family for over 35 years and handed down from grandparents.
We hope that families using the property will have their own fond memories. Owner basement apartment allows for quick responsiveness for any issues vacationers may have and allows us to provide Bed & Breakfast services on select weekend ~ just ask how we can support your party!

What makes this property unique
View of the farmland that has been in the family off the back porch. Tranquil, secluded pool area that makes you feel transported to a resort. Mountain views from the front porch. Plenty of wildlife to include deer, fox, wild turkeys and bald Eagles have been spotted.
Amenities that make you step onto the property and immediately able to start your vacation include cooking spices, both in the kitchen and our outdoor herb garden, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent.
Wegmans is close. We have a subscription with Hello Fresh if you are interested in having meals delivered let us know and we can schedule and deliver in advance. Additionally let us help you do a wine tasting/ pairing from a favorite or new winery without having to travel.
