Lakeberry is a 3-bed lakefront home in the Pocono Mountains with unobstructed lake and mountain views. The lake is directly in your backyard, and the home delivers immediate access to nature, space, and privacy. Relax on the deck, listen to the water, or unwind in the year-round private hot tub. We also welcome your furry family members to our home, up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs.

Guests have free access to community amenities: lake, beach, heated indoor pool (select days), seasonal heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and a snack bar. The community center and pools are about 1.5 miles away. All year INDOOR community heated pool: Tue, Wed, Fri 12-3 pm | Sat & Sun: 12-4 pm.

The location is close to major outdoor activities. Bushkill Falls is 5 minutes away. Shawnee Mountain is about 15 minutes, and Camelback is about 35–40 minutes, giving you reliable skiing, snowboarding, and winter recreation. Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, and lakefront activities are all part of the stay.

For 2026 World Cup visitors, the home sits roughly 90 minutes from both MetLife Stadium and 2.5 hrs Lincoln Financial Field. You can experience match days in New York or Philadelphia, then return to a quiet lakefront setting instead of fighting city congestion. Ideal for groups, press and corporate travelers attending World Cup events in New York City and Philadelphia. The Outdoor Pool opens June 7, 2026: 12-8 pm daily. It is normally not crowded and you can enjoy it with your family and friends. A 1-mile drive from our home. FREE ACCESS is available of our brand-new tennis and pickleball courts! Bring your paddles and challenge your kids to a fun and exciting match on the court. The Indoor Heated Pool is open almost everyday (except Monday and Thursday) at our community center from 12pm onwards only from Sept to mid-May.
