Sea View 1 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a great location. Located on the top floor of a historic Tybee building with ocean views from the living room and the shared furnished porch. Located just 4 houses back from the beach and within 2 blocks of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Pier.

The living area has ocean views, a flat-screen TV with Satellite TV, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes table seating for 6. The large primary bedroom, located off the living area is furnished with a King bed and has an attached private bath with a stand-up shower, no tub. The two guest bedrooms are located down the hall from the kitchen. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Double bed and a flat-screen TV. The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: Stand-Up Shower Only in Bathrooms (No Tubs), 2 Reserved Parking places are provided. The unit is pet-friendly.

This Historic Sea View Apartment building was originally built in 1924 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Each Unit includes the use of shared amenities that include: Two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. The top-level porch features a nice ocean view. Rinse off after a day at the beach in one of two enclosed outdoor showers, a great amenity, especially for families. In the backyard, there is a patio with Gas Grill and seating available for guest use and a shared laundry room. All units feature WIFI access and Satellite TV.

Our family booked a last minute weekend trip. Perfect location. We took out 2 Goldendoodle dogs as well. Tried to be quiet for those around us. Location was great walking distance to beach, restaurants, and lower parts of the island.

We had the top suite which is nice. The other suites had dogs and they bark of course. Also, didn’t know there was another suite behind us until those occupants were sitting and talking outside our bedroom window at 6:30 am. Location is great. Little family getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our time this past weekend at Tybee. The walking distance to the beach was so close. And the layout in the apartment worked perfectly for the 7 of us. We really enjoying sitting out on the balcony with our morning coffee and our cocktails during happy hour. The house is in perfect location to the beach and the little strip. Definitely within walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir stores.

We spent 3 days and 3 nights it was the most perfect place for our event. We enjoyed being on the island with the ocean at our front door yet the cottage gave us our country home feeling. Great location

The location and space was perfect. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Missing a few things that would have helped with convenience such as hand soap in the bathrooms, and salt and pepper in the kitchen as well as a few more kitchen towels. Overall a great place and we will definitely book again.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The house was located perfectly. Beach was a minute walk and a couple minute walk to restaurants and to the pier. It was very relaxing to sit in a rocking chair on the huge porch and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Great experience!!

Amazing Location, Place needs TLC

The best part of the property is the location. It is on the Southernmost point of the island and is a walk-on distance to the beach. We were able to take our coffee and walk the beach in the morning. Property is located on a quiet street and has views of the beach from the balcony. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the breeze and views. Walking distance to the pier and main street with lots of restaurants. The vacation rental company did a great job with the instructions and we had no trouble finding the place. Remember to read the "What to bring" list completely. The place is clean, remodeled recently. Remodeling was cosmetic so is not an open concept and the slop of the floors takes a little getting used to.

Great accomodation with some set backs

Really nice rooms and kitchen. Great access to beaches on the ocean side and back water, so easy walk for sunrise and sunsets. Shared balcony a bit disappointing since other guests were out there smoking anytime we wanted to relax (I was pregnant and I have a 2 year old). The street is somewhat dangerous, one way leaving the beach and people sped down it at all hours. I was woken up a few times in the middle of the night by people speeding and revving engines.

Great location and loved the decor of the house. Everything was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Things to work on would definitely be the Wifi. Only worked in a couple rooms and only 2 days of our trip did it work in those rooms. TVR quickly responded to our request to fix it but then had to order parts that would not in before we left. Also, there were no coffee filters in the kitchen. Ended up buying some and just leaving them for the next group. Overall, a good experience except for what I mentioned.

Best vacay ever

This is an older home on a side street. It was close enough to see the ocean and hear the waves. It has a big wrap around porch. We loved this. We sat out there every day. Very close to downtown. We rented a golf cart and had the best time.

Perfect location.

We had a great stay and enjoyed porch views. Would stay again! Disappointed in contact with the actual property manager. I had messaged her several times using Vrbo site and I never heard a response back from the actual owner. I had to contact the local reality company who answered all my questions.
