Great space for our Spring Break getaway. Warning - the internet is a bit slow, but that just encourages you to get out and about! Great location - quick and easy walk to the beach and main Tybresia strip for dining. Elevator made it easy to load and unload upon arrival/checkout. For a weekly rental, the kitchen had exactly what we needed - solid basic amenities.

Rooms were clean. Beds were a bit hard for our liking but that is a personal preference. Balcony was small but comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Living room was not toddler proof but we managed. Close enough to the beach with a very short and easy walk.

The location is fantastic and is walkable to most of Tybee Island. Place was clean and comfortably accommodated our group of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! The property is very close to the beach and pier, as well as shops and dining. Check in/out was very convenient and the place was very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings but the sliding door was very difficult to open and close. This was our second time staying on the property(we were in a different unit last year) and I will definitely book again if possible.

Close to the beach

We only had to walk maybe 2 blocks to the beach. The condo was very cute and spacious. The beach was very clean and easily accessible.

Great condo—minutes from beach and restaurants. Nicely accommodated and clean. Only small critique—microwave tripped circuit breaker every time we tried to use it.

Perfect Vacation Stay

The location was great. It’s in walking distance of the beach, stores and restaurants. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the master bedroom bed was a little too firm Overall a wonderful place to stay

Wonderful and Convenient!

The condo was clean and just a super short walk to the beach. Check-in/out process was a breeze. They called ahead of time to let us know our unit was available!

The condo was very nice. The only issue we had was with the sliding glass doors they was very hard to get to slide.

Perfect for Tybee/Savannah/Hilton Head Getaway!

Condo had plenty of room. Very clean. Balcony was nice. Nice dishes and appliances. Great walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants. Quiet area. Sliding door for bedroom balcony wouldn’t lock. Faucets and shower heads were flimsy and poor pressure. Pool very, very small.

Great girl’s trip! Awesome location!

Loved close access to beach, restaurants and shops. Did not know Tybee still allows smoking in the bars. Too bad. The apartment was clean but needed a deep clean such as the upholstered sofa and chairs in the family room. Kitchen is well stocked. Two comfy chairs on the balcony. We had no issues with anything. Refrigerator is working fine. Remember when you bring in a load of room temperature drinks on first day it will take about 12 hours to cool them down. Recommend this place!

House in a good spot and as there were 5 adults, we had lots of space. Kitchen lacked saucepans/other utensils to cook a meal for 5 but we managed. The microwave was dirty and had to clean before we could use it. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Unfortunately the house was not that clean when we arrived. Including us finding a filled, squashed dog poo bag that was in the garden and had not beenput in the bin. One of the reasons for booking was so my son and girlfriend could have some private space. The Annexe was so damp she had an asthma attack in the night and had to come upstairs to the bunk room so she wasn't that comfortable. It smells badly of damp at the bottom of the stairs and corridor to the kitchen. The TV in the lounge is too small for 5 people to crowd around to watch and as the weather was bad (nothing can be done about that) it wasn't practical for the party. Some furnishings were badly stained. The garage light was on most of the night and with no curtains in the Annexe bedroom, we went out to B&M to buy a dark, lightweight blanket that we could hang at the window. The beach is literally just round the corner and my dogs love it (have previously stayed 3 times at a house down the street) which was good because they won't put a foot in Astro-turf. Garden is very small. The house is surrounded by several other properties,first house on the left as you enter the road hosted a party until gone 2.00am not youngsters.lots of drunken cackling.

Great Stay, with a few hiccups!

Check in was super easy. The refrigerator and freezer were on the fritz, frozen up, froze everything we placed in it and leaked water all over the floor. Notified management, but never heard back past them saying they would have maintenence come fix it. Never happened. Parking is also scary. The columns are so close together, and you can barely move. Outside of that it was a great stay!

First Tybee stay

We enjoyed our stay at Duneside terrace, the unit was clean, close to the beach access/pier and plenty of shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Fall Break 2020

The condo was perfect! Great location, great decor, clean and nicely equipped. We didn’t move the car once as we were in walking distance to everything. The management company was great to deal with. They were always pleasant. The battery on our door lock was dying. I called the management company and less than an hour later they were changing the battery. All smiles. Literally couldn’t have had a better trip. We will stay at this condo again!! Highly recommend the condo and Tybee Beach Vacation Rental.
