With light, neutral decor and an air of modern luxury, this three-story townhome has everything you want from a vacation rental.


Entertain guests in the beautiful dining area, or enjoy meals together as a family in the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen’s breakfast nook. Relax with your favorite book or catch up on your television shows in the spacious living area, full of plush furniture. The living room feature a Xbox One console to entertain the young ones.


With three and a half bathrooms, everyone has room to leisurely get ready with no waiting in line for a shower. The master suite features a king bed, a second bedroom houses a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds. The living room also features a sleeper sofa.


This townhome easily hosts ten guests, and each bedroom has their own flat screen TV.


Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

The property worked great for our group. Pool area was very nice - kids loved it and hot tub was great. We had two issues that were handled very promptly by management. Convenient location to the parks, as well as to a grocery and liquor store. Be prepared to take stairs as this is a 3 level unit, but we are all able-bodied, so this was not an issue for us. Overall, highly recommend.

When you walked in to the condo, you could smell old cigarette smoke. The baseboards were not clean. As we enter the kitchen it looked nice and was all set for a family dinner. However, a closer look the place settings were all mismatched. After inspecting the place a little bit more, the dirty dishes that the table was set with were dirty and some had a lot of dust and dead bugs on them. After clearing the tables, the tables had dried food and smudge as a food on top and bottom of the glass tops. There was some weird hair found on the kitchen counter near the soap dish. I did reach out to the host. They volunteered to send someone to clean, but at that point, we didn’t feel comfortable with someone who had already cleaned it coming back after we complained so we did some cleaning ourselves. The location was great for where we were going over to the Orange County Convention Center. Would definitely stay at Vista again, but not in this condo.

Perfect location!

We stayed here for the AAU volleyball nationals, and it was the perfect location to walk to the convention center, to walk to the pool, and to walk to the Publix shopping center. Easy check in and check out process.

Orlando National Dance Competition

This VRBO in Orlando was the perfect fit for our needs! The unit was impeccably kept and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had everything we needed and appreciated the attention to detail. The only minor hiccup during our visit was that the on-site pool was under construction. However, the property management company thoughtfully arranged access to the pool and amenities at a nearby sister resort, which, while a short walk, wasn't a major inconvenience. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and convenient place to stay in Orlando.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs

The resort has 2 pools that are both small and over crowded. Our unit was three floors. We had bedrooms on both the first floor and third floor not ideal for families with smaller children. The real bonus for staying here is the proximity to the convention center. Our unit was not as nice as our friends but we did have access to the garage which was a plus.

Overall we are happy with our stay

We enjoyed our stay, the shops close by were very convenient and the amenities were superb. The early check in was a great option. We took advantage of that. At one point the light went out in the garage, I called and it was fixed the same day. However, I did call about the washer being stuck on HOT on every setting. It wasn't fixed during our stay But it's not a big deal, totally understandable. We just didn't wash delicate items. For the most part everything was clean, the only thing was if you walk around with light colored socks it will be black by the end of the day. Other than that the plavce was neat and clean. Beds and sofa were comfortable. The option of plastic plates and cups were great since we had kids with us. Our only comment or suggestion would be since the place accommodates 8-10 guest I would suggest having pots and utensils to accommodate 8-10 guests. Since we fly from TX we could not take anything with us. It was difficult to cook some meals like pasta, or any dishes that would feed 8-10 guests. Another suggestion would be to inform guests of places or locations that takes unopened food or even left over deli meats, fruits and such. It felt very wasteful. I do understand part of it is better planning. But something things cant be helped, especially if you are staying for a cheer competition. It is not always known when you will come back at the condo. All in all we enjoyed our stay & will definitely book again next time.

It's great that the early check-in option added to your comfort, and that we were able to quickly resolve the issue with the garage light. I apologize for the inconvenience with the washing machine and the lack of larger cooking utensils and pots for bigger meals. We will certainly consider upgrading our kitchen supplies to better accommodate large groups and ensure a more convenient cooking experience. Meanwhile, the maintenance was able to checked the washer when you were out during the day you reported it. He said that the water in the washing machine comes out cold but when you touch the inside it is warm, the hot water in that washing machine enters from the side and not just cold water. Your suggestion about providing information on places to donate unopened food is excellent. I understand the concern about wastefulness, especially when traveling for events with unpredictable schedules, and will work on providing our guests with information on local food banks or charities that welcome such donations. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for your thoughtful suggestions. We are committed to improving our service and facilities based on guest feedback. Just ok, not Luxury

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the townhome was just ok. If it weren’t advertised as “luxury” my review may have been a little different.The pros: The location was great. It was near everything we wanted to do. Passes to the amenities were available and were in plain sight upon entry. The cons: Upon entry, there wasn’t a “luxury” feel as stated in the title. The townhome smelled stale as if it had been closed up for a while. One of the bedrooms had a broken bed and one the bathrooms had a clogged sink. It seems to me if a vacation home was expecting guests these are things that should be vetted before the guests arrive. Maintenance did come and fix the sink but who wants to keep to calling for maintenance while on vaca? The beds that were available were sub par and weren’t that comfortable ; every time you moved they squeaked. One of the comforters had yellow stains and there was a bug in my sons bed.In order to get to the fridge and bathroom in the main room, you had to move the kitchen chairs to access them. The xbox was there, but there were no games (at least we couldn’t find them) to play.Overall the place wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t luxury either. I most likely wouldn’t book there again.

Mixed Experience: Great Location and Condo, Terrible Property Management and Booking Process

I have mixed feelings about my recent stay at a VRBO rental in Vista Cay. Location perfect for our needs and conveniently situated near restaurants, grocery stores, and the theme parks. Finding the place was easy, and check-in process was a breeze. Condo matched the description provided. Spacious & well-equipped, but there were a few issues: floors were a little dusty (a minor inconvenience), the toilet next to the kitchen didn't flush properly, which was quite unpleasant, and we couldn't get the TVs to work properly, with the volume not functioning on the living room TV. The property management encouraged reporting any issues for prompt resolution, but it was frustrating to deal with these problems during a short four-day vacation. VRBO & Vista Cay Booking extremely disappointing experience! As a Canadian, I always make sure to change the currency to CAD when making online bookings. I had not checked the confirmation email until a few weeks later. To my surprise, VRBO had charged me the same amount for the stay but in US instead of CAD, which meant I was charged more than 38% extra due to the currency conversion. I immediately reached out to both VRBO and Vista Cay customer service, spending over three hours discussing the issue with multiple reps, but they failed to understand the problem or acknowledge any fault in their system. One representative ask if I had taken a picture of the prices during the booking! I will NEVER AGAIN book a vacation through VRBO!
